Single drop microextraction, followed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection has been applied to determine Formaldehyde, Acetaldehyde and Acraldehyde in water based on 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization. Extraction solvent, extraction time and stirrer speed were optimized. Optimal experimental conditions were as follows: 1.6μL toluene microdrop exposed for 30 min in a 3ml aqueous sample placed in 4ml vial and stirred at 600 rpm/min.

结果表明，0.006 mol/L NH2OH·HCl+0.01 mol/L HNO3萃取30 min可以单独萃取悬浮颗粒物中大部分的锰氧化物，0.8 mol/L Na2S2O4（pH=6.0）萃取40 min可以同时萃取铁、锰氧化物，而对非目的组分的影响较小；悬浮颗粒物对Cu、Pb、Zn重金属有明显的富集作用，其中Cu主要结合在悬浮颗粒物的有机质组分中，Pb主要富集在铁、锰氧化物中，锰氧化物和有机质对Zn的分布起主要的富集作用。

ResultsThe optimal extraction conditions were as follows:temperature at 50℃, pressure at 35 MPa,velocity of flow 4.5 ml·min-1,100％ ethanol as entrainer.

最佳萃取工艺参数为：萃取压力35 Mpa，萃取温度50℃，乙醇浓度100%，夹带剂流速4.5 ml·min-1，萃取率达到0.425%。

Results: The best conditions were temperature: 45 ℃, time: 1.5 hour, pressure: 25 MPa, and concentration of the first entrainer: 900 ml/L.

结果 超临界CO2流体萃取白花丹参中脂溶性成分的最佳条件为萃取温度45℃，萃取时间1.5h，萃取压力25 MPa，乙醇浓度900 ml/L。

A rapid and simple method was developed for determination of aroma c omponents of apple wine by head space solide-phase microextraction coupled to capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
