文章对由肠膜状明串珠菌L.M0326发酵生产右旋糖酐的工艺过程及条件进行了探讨，通过对其发酵过程中的粘度、pH值、果糖、右旋糖酐生成和分子量变化的研究及对发酵诱导物的考察，得到了右旋糖酐发酵工艺的相关工程曲线。
