Morphological conversion from spiralto coccoid forms occurred when HP was cultured with selenium and most of coccoid forms had fragmentary flagella and pilus; the effection of selenium to activity of urease, catalase, alkaline phosphatase is not exist or not evidence; selenium enable pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21 which can express VacA produce yellow lipochrome, and the color become deeper with increasing of concentration of selenium; selenium can decrease expression of recombined VacA by restrain the growth of pET32a-vacA-E.coli,but can not influence activity and gene sequence of VacA; selenium can enhance the suppression effect of recombined VacA for gastric cancer cell, depress the index of cell multiplication and the forming rate of colony, decrease the number of cell in S period, increase total of cell in G period; After purified, the recombined VacA can be identified by VacA antibody.

体外实验结果表明：一定浓度的硒作用HP后，HP菌落数量随着硒浓度的增加而减少，菌落颜色由灰白色变为砖红色，溶血现象随硒浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而逐渐消失，HP的形态由弯曲形变为球形或椭圆形，鞭毛及菌毛出现脱落现象；硒对尿素酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性无影响或影响不明显；一定浓度的硒能使表达VacA的pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌产生脂溶性砖红色色素，颜色随硒浓度增加而加深；一定浓度的硒通过抑制pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌的生长，减少重组VacA表达量，但不影响其空泡毒活性及编码基因序列；纯化后的VacA重组蛋白可被VacA抗体识别，具有良好的抗原性。

The adhesion test showed that small intestinal epithelium cells of 30-35-day-old postweaning piglets with both genotype M307~ and M307~ could adhere to the standard E.coli strain express F18ab fimbriae, the recombinant E.coli express F18ac rE.coli1534 and the recombinant pnirBMisL-fedF E.coli displaying FedF subunit on the surface of E.coli, but small intestinal epithelium cells with genotype M307~ and 3-day-old piglet could not adhere to the three kinds of bacteria descried above, the latter with good adherence capability of 987P fimbrial E.coli.

9仔猪小肠上皮细胞的黏附试验结果显示，30～35日龄M307~基因型和M307~基因型断奶仔猪的小肠上皮细胞均能与表达F18ab菌毛标准菌株107／86、诱导表达F18ac菌毛的重组大肠杆菌rE.coli1534及诱导菌体表面展示表达F18黏附亚单位FedF的重组大肠杆菌pnirBMisL-fedF发生黏附作用，而同日龄M307~基因型断奶仔猪的小肠上皮细胞均不能与上述三株大肠杆菌发生黏附作用。3日龄易感仔猪小肠上皮细胞也不能黏附上述三株大肠杆菌，但可以很好地黏附表达于987P菌毛的大肠杆菌。

Vibrio cholerae adherence to and colonization in the small intestine are essential step in the pathogenesis of cholera. At least one type of pili, known as TcpA, is required for the colonization process. This paper reports the electron microscopic evidence showing that V. cholerae 01 and 0139 serogroups can express at least 4 types of pili when incubated at 28℃ on AKI agar or CFA (pH6.8). Among the four types, three can be expressed by classical and El Tor strains of Vibrio cholerae 01: TcpA pili are peritrichous,being 7-8nm in diameter, 5-10μm in length, and form bundles of parallel undulating filaments of 0.5-0.8 μm wide and 10-15μm long; Type B are 3-4nm in diameter, up to 2μm long, and of wavy morphology; Type C are 7-8nm wide and 0.5-0.8μm long.

本文通过电子显微镜对01群霍乱弧菌古典生物型和El Tor生物型以及0139群霍乱弧菌研究发现，在培养基AKI和CFA(pH6.8)28℃培养条件下，01群EVC和CVC均可产生TcpA，B型和C型菌毛；0139群霍乱弧菌可产生TcpA和B型菌毛，与01群一致。
