Seasonal variation of the distributions of microorganism in the root-zones of wetland plants (Phragmites australis, Zizania latifolia, Zizania latifolia etc.), the substrate layers of control SSPs, together with the effects of wastewater treatment were studied. The results are as follows: the numbers of microorganisms in the different plant root-zones were different; the purification effects were also different. The number of microorganisms in the substrate of the control plot becomes smaller with increasing depth. The numbers of bacteria in fall were higher than those in the summer for the three plant zones and the control, and the number of fungi and actinomyces in summer was much higher than that in the fall for control. As for fungi and actinomyces in the experimental systems, most of their difference between the summer and fall were not as big as that in the control.

We adopted many forestry techniques, including scarifying, weeding, draining, fertilizing, digging far-between dyke, choosing and breeding eximious clone. We also took measures of excavating aperture and irragating root, directly watering root, daubing remedy, stubbing died trees and sterilizing soil in the aperture.We carried through integrated preventional measures of chemical prevention and biological prevention, by using 200×CuSO4, 70% mancozeb 800×5% Chlorothalonil 800×, and Suillus grevillei. All of the meaures got favorable results. The preventional effect exceeded 72%. The incidence of disease descended from 15.5% in 1998 to 2.8% in 2002.This kind of disease was controlled on the whole.

自1998年开始，经过5年的系统研究，通过松土除草、排水施肥、挖隔离沟，选育优良无性系等林业技术措施；采用挖穴灌根法、直接浇根法、涂药法、死树挖除并对穴内土壤消毒等方法，使用硫酸铜200倍液、70％代森锰锌800倍液、5％百菌清800倍液和厚环乳牛肝菌进行化学防治和生物防治等综合防治技术，均取得了很好的效果，防治效果达72％以上，发病率由1998年的15.5％，下降到2002年的2.8％，使该病基本得到了控制。
