The results showed that:The best zymolysis conditions for BS and TV protoplasts release and regeneration through orthogonal experiment were as follows: 1mg·mL~(-1) lysozyme treated BS protoplasts for 1.5 hours at 37℃ and 4 mg·mL~(-1) lywallzyme treated TV protoplasts for 2 hours at 30℃. In these conditions, the number of protoplasts release was respectively 8.87×10~8 units/mL and 8.62×10~7units/mL and the regeneration rate was respectively 54.1% and 29.3%.

The fungicidal activity of methanol extract was higher than that of ethyl acetate extract, and the inhibition rates were higher than 90% against Alternaria longipes, Fusarium oxysporium, Gibberella zeae, Glomerella cingulata, Exserohilum turcicum under the concentration of 1000g/mL The results of the inhibition of spore germination indicated that the fermentation products exhibited obvious inhibition rate against Alternaria longipes, Exserohilum turcicum and Fusarium coeruleum, the EC50 values was 59.4g/mL, 96.5g/mL and 132.5g/mL. In the bioassay of the fermentation products against Bacillus sub tills and Bacillus cereus, by means of detection fo inhibition zone, the inhibition zone diameter was 20mm and 27mm. The results of pot tests that methanol extract showed higher than 70% of protective efficacy and therapeutic efficacy against wheat powdery mildew under the concentration of 2000g/mL.

In this paper, 1554 strains of bacteria were isolated from the soybean rhizophere in the different continuous systems. Those biocontrol bacteria were screened in vitro and in vivo. 6 strains of them had the better control efficacy. They exhibited the different antagonism to the pathogens of soybean root in vitro. The strains 18BR2-2 and 18BR9-1 showed a wide range of antagonism against Fusarium oxysporum, F. avenaoeum, F. solani and Rhizoctonia solani in vitro. The 6 strains exhibited different control efficacy to soybean root rot in greenhouse and in field. In greenhouse, they could decrease the degree of soybean disease significantly, and the control efficacy of 18BR2-2 was the best and can reach 45.90%. In theory, soybean treated by 18BR2-2 may postpone the days of outbreaking of disease for 6 days. The strain 18BR2-2 also promoted the growth of soybean seedling and, raising the soybean height for 11.24%, increasing dry weight for 40.91% and fresh weight for 35.27%.

Results of non-reducing sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the supernatant and aggregate precipitate formed in refolding process show that except being refolded to native egg white lysozymes, the reduced-denatured lysozymes can also form the aggregates with molecular weights being separately about 30.0 and 35.0 kD, while the reducing SDS-PAGE and the refolding results in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate show that these aggregates are formed chiefly through the misconnection of disulfide bonds between the reduced-denatured lysozymes, and the aggregate precipitates are formed through the non-covalent interactions between the aggregates with molecular weight being about 30.0 kD.
