The mechanical property testing shows that the seamless PLLA tubes perform excellent radial strength,which indicates that the mechanical properties of biodegradable stents made of these tubes was supposed to be excellent.PLLA and its composites were first used in preparing seamless tubes as antecedency of laser-cut biodegradable coronary stents in china.Finite element analyses of the biodegradable coronary stent model indicate the explorative design basically meets the requirement of reasonable and applicable stents.There is not such kind of research yet in domestic.Optimum laser-cuttting parameters of CO2 laser was cauculated based on experiential formula,within it,biodegradable coronary stents,especially those with complex structure would be manufacutured from seamless tubes quickly by laser microprocessing with high consistency to the design model.The processing efficiency of the CO2 laser demonstrated in experiential formula by us will play an important guiding role in manufacturing biodegradable stents by laser-processing.Our stents that ascribed to laser-cutted,slotted tube stent are proved to be biodegradable, self-expandable and good biocompatible,basically reach the international level on the aspest of manufacturing procedures and design.

Of the five stages deformation, the exact ages of the (2) and (3) were determined by 40Ar/39Ar method as 290 and 259 Ma respectively.2. New results on the metamorphic belts and associated metamorphism of the Xiaopu metamorphic rocksBased on detailed microtextural observations and occurrence of typical metamorphic minerals, five metamorphic belts in the Xiaopu metamorphic rocks are identified. From the north to the south, they are biotite belt, garnet belt, staurolite belt, andalusite belt, and sillimanite belt. I suggested that the metamorphic belts occurred in the Xiaopu area belongs to the high temperature/low pressure series, may have resulted from the later Permian crust extension at ca. 290 Ma.3. I suggest that there may have been a Carboniferous backarc basin along the southern slope of the Harlik Mountain.Detrital Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating indicated that the sedimentary age of the Julideneng formation lithic sandstone must be later than late Devonian, most likely is Carboniferous rather than previously thought Precambrian. Primary estimation of the crust shortening is madeThe folded pre-Mesozoic strata were used to estimate crust shortening along the Harliknanshankou-Koumenzi, Shichengzi-Baishitou, and Qincheng-Xiaopu sections. Their shortening ratios are 16.2%, 19.8%, and 20.1% respectively corresponding crust shortening are 4.3, 9, and 11.3 km.

To examine the in vivo role of at3g51960, the overexpression and silencing vectors were constructed respectively. By using flower dip-dye, the binary expression vectors, pCAMBTA3301: at3g51960 and pCAMBTA3301: at3g51960Promoter, as well as vectors pCAMBTA3301: at3g51960-GFP and pCAMBTA3301: at3g51960cDNA were transformed to Arabidopsis by Tumefaciens. The transgenetic homozygous Arabidopsis strains have been derived after screening. Analysis on these strains reveals that strains overexpressing at3g51960 gene have higher level of stress resistance, implying a role of at3g51960 in plant stress regulation.
