These dendritic NOBIN derived Schiff base ligands have been applied to titanium catalyzed hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefshy's diene and aldehydes, affording the corresponding 2-substituted 2, 3-dihydro-4H-pyran-4-one in quantitative yields and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97. 2%ee). Comparing the reactivities and enantioselectivities of reaction catalyzed by the titanium complexes of these Schiff base ligands, it was found that a series of ligands L〓 were superior to the other three series of ligands L〓, L〓 and L〓, a significant positive NLE and a dendrimer effect existed in the L〓 dendritic catalyst system. The disposition of the dendritic wedges and the dendron size in the ligands were observed to have a significant impact on the enantioselectivity of the reaction.

According to the complex structure of AdSS and its substrate IMP as well as the optimized stable conformation of natural inhibitors, the interaction mode between AdSS and its inhibitors was studied with molecular docking, mechanical optimization and molecular dynamics simulation methods. These results show that the phosphate group and the hydantoin ring of the inhibitors form the pharmacophore model.

When the non-activity ligand combines with cobalt and nickel , the complexes have good antitumor activity, while active ligand binds to the metal, the complex has no activity, indicating there are synergic effect and counteraction between the metals and the ligands.

Complex cultures treated by 0.25% trypsin in Hanks' for 5~7min at 37℃, the dispersed cells were mainly fibroblasts,then the rest treated by 0.15% trypsin-0.02% EDTA in Hanks'for 5~8min at 37℃, the majority cells harvested were mammary epithelial cells.

Results showed that 309bp fragments shared high similarity with orfl38 in Ogu CMS radish and Brassica cybrids of Ogu CMS radish, which 172 nucleotide sequences and 58 amino acids were same among them. And 689bp fragments shared high similarity (100%) with Pol orf224 in B.napus, which 677 nucleotide sequences and 225 amino acids were same among them.
