A method is provided for panoramic video stabilization by using an angle sensor, which comprises the following steps of (1) obtaining an initial rotation angle by using the collecting unit of the angle sensor before video capturing;(2) allowing the angle sensor to work synchronously with a video capturing device, and obtaining the rotation angle data of each frame of captured panoramic video;(3) if the video capturing device jitters or rotates, calculating the difference between the rotation angle of the current video frame and the initial rotation angle;(4) correcting the current video frame by using the calculated difference in rotation angle, thereby implementing the video stabilization of the panoramic video capturing device.

一种利用角度传感器纠正全景视频采集抖动的方法，其步骤为：(1)在视频采集前，先使用角度信息采集单元获取一个初始旋转角度信息；(2)在视频采集过程中，角度传感器与视频采集装置同步运动，每采一帧全景视频都获取所采这帧的旋转角度信息；(3)如果全景视频采集设备发生抖动或旋转，计算出当前所采的视频帧的旋转角度信息与初始旋转角度信息的差值；(4)利用这个旋转角度信息的差值对当前所采的视频帧进行纠正，实现全景视频采集设备视频抖动的处理。

Utilized ARC VIE W3. 3 to obtain the grid data topographic slope and slope length from DEM data of YUYANG District, and then, turned every coverage layer into grid layer and do grid polygon overlay to gain data about dynamic changes of value of soil retention of ecosystem in YUYANG District, at last, the author analyzed the features of the spatial-temporal changes and its reason.The seventh part: Studies on the dynamic changes of fixing drifting sand against wind function value of ecosystem in YUYANG District.

To make the research production used widely, standard land price database and graph database building has been accomplished by taking advantage of advanced network techniques combined with GIS techniques. In the same time, a public platform has been constructed to realize share of data on Internet and two-way communication between management department and the public. One hand, the public can get price information through the platform, On the other hand, management department acquire the public's feedback information about the land price application as reference warranty for adjustation of standard land price.

为了使基准地价成果得到更广泛的应用，本文利用WebGIS技术，建立基准地价信息库、图形库，实现上述数据在Internet上的共享，搭建了一个公共交流的平台，实现基准地价管理部门与公众的双向交流，一方面公众可以通过该平台获取地价信息，另一方面管理部门获取公众对基准地价应用的反馈信息，为基准地价的调整提供参考依据。

Because of sharing characteristics with both Galliform groups, Tragopans are classified as partridges by some authors and pheasants by some others. In this study we set out to sequence the cytochrome b-gene of 19 species pheasants. and took the sequence for those 22 species from GenBank. We amplified 828 base pairs using the PCR technique. Primers designed by ourselves were based upon Galliform sequence data. Neighbor-joining method and Minimum evolution method were used to analyse cytochrome b sequences with Anhima cornuta and Kachuga dhongoka as outgroups.
