The study of flower culture in China mostly concentrates on general and overall research and elementarily forms a fairly systematic flower culture research system. However there is little research focusing on the branches of the flower culture, which mainly lays great importance on traditional Chinese flowers, especially mei flower, orchid, chrysanthemum, lotus, tree peony, camellia, Begonia, etc.
