药物治疗

Methods 120 patients,who suffer from CHB,were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (60 cases) were given compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate (80 mg/day) combined with salviae miltiorrhizae composita (20 mL/day), and control group (60 cases) were only given compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate (80mg/day).

将120 例慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗组60 例，给予甘乐注射液80 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注，丹参注射液20 mL 加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL 静脉滴注，均1次/d；对照组60 例，给予甘乐注射液，剂量、疗法同治疗组，两组药物在治疗20 天后改为口服，疗程均为6 月。

Methods: To retrospectively analyze clinical data of pemphigus patients in 84cases, all medicines were glucocorticoid, and immunodepressant medicine were used by 45 cases of the total, and 3 patients of 45cases chose autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. To observe hormone dosis、therapeutic efficacy、adverse reaction and prognosis information of all patients.

回顾分析84例天疱疮患者的临床资料，治疗药物均以糖皮质激素为主，45例患者同时加用免疫抑制剂（其中3例因治疗效果差进行了自体外周血干细胞移植），观察激素用量、治疗效果、副作用以及预后情况。

The result shows that treatment of model rats motor and sensory function applied in 6h is better than in 12h ;short time effect ,DXM effect is better than MiBo electropuncture better than Shu Bo electropuncture,;remote effect ,MiBo electropuncture is better than ShuBo electropuncture, better than Dexamethosam when treatment is applied in 6h;remote effect ,DXM has no ascendancy ,but JiaJi electropuncture effect is good when treatment is applied in 12h.

结果表明：伤后6h内进行治疗较伤后12h进行治疗，能更好地促进损伤大鼠的运动及感觉功能恢复，并且脊髓损伤早期，地塞米松治疗疗效优于密波组，疏波组；脊髓损伤中晚期，密波组疗效好于疏波组，好于药物组。

RESULTS: Two cases which were open fractures were operated at first time. Diplopia and ocular region anomaly were not catch out. All of the 78 cases were treated by conservative treatment first. Conservative treatment was involved high doses of corticosteroid and the use of dehydrating and neurotrophy agents etc. In 41 cases（52%） diplopia completely disappeared and partly disappeared, the enophthalmos was less than 2 mm,and ocular region anomaly reduce.

结果：开放性骨折2例行1期手术，术后无明显复视和眼球凹陷。78例早期均先采用保守治疗，保守治疗包括使用大剂量皮质类固醇激素，高渗脱水剂、神经营养药物等，有41例复视消失或减轻，眼球内陷小于2mm，保守治疗的总有效率为52%。

Results The two methods had the positive effects on BPH patients, the IPSS and urinefollow-metry rate were improved obviously in the two groups, and the curative effects of tamsolusin was much better than ERTH in the improvement of IPSS, but the urinefollow rate improvement in the two grpups was not significantly different.

结果两组病人对热疗和α1A受体阻滞药物的治疗均有肯定的疗效，与治疗前对照症状及尿流率显著改善；盐酸坦索罗辛的IPSS改善优于热疗组，尿流率的改善程度两组相似，差别无统计学意义；两组病人并发症均较轻，多为一过性，并未影响治疗。

将符合中医诊断标准的120例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予自拟五脏养阴汤（由黄精、麦冬、白芍、生地、玉竹、五味子、花粉、丹皮等药物组成），对照组给予更年安治疗，疗程1个月。观目的观察五脏养阴汤治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。

Methods 43 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with severe hepatitis were divided into two groups According to their different treatments: 18 cases were treated with anti-thyroid drugs as group A and 25 cases with ~(131)I therapy as group B, on the basis of hepatinica and heteropathy.

将43例甲亢合并重型肝炎的患者按治疗方案分成二组：A组抗甲状腺药物组，18例患者接受ATD和护肝综合治疗；B组~(131)碘组，25例患者接受~(131)碘和护肝综合治疗。

Methods: 470 patients with liver metastases were treated by regional therapy of hepatic artery in 1231 times. Antitumor agents were selected according to the pathologic results of origin tumor, added embolization with lipiodol ultra-fluid or / and gelatin sponge to the patients of hypervascular.

470例肝转移瘤患者共经肝动脉介入治疗1231次，化疗药物依原发肿瘤组织类型确定，肿瘤血供丰富者行栓塞治疗，栓塞剂采用超液化碘油或/和明胶海绵，对可能影响经肝动脉介入治疗疗效的因素行Cox回归多因素分析。

Abstract］ objective to evaluate the new effective therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis.methods from february 2001 to february 2005,percutaneous intraprostatic injection with drugs was performed in 1640 cases.results the cure rate and total effective rate of the therapy were 65%(1066/1640),and 100%(1640/1640) for 5 years,respectively.after treatment no obvious complication was found during the follow up for 4 years.conclusion the result suggest that percutaneous intraprostatic injection is a safe and useful therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis.

摘要］ 目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法对2001年2月～2005年2月1640例慢性前列腺炎患者，行经皮穿刺前列腺注药治疗。结果随访4年治愈率达65%(1066/1640)，有效率达100%(1640/1640)，无明显副作用发生。结论药物直接注射至前列腺内是治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种安全、有效的方法。

On the basis of these treatments, the patients in the treatment group also had aerobic kinesitherapy through limb and trunk exercises with assistance to improve oxygen consumption of the body and increase the heart rate. In each session of exercise, the patients were supposed to attain the target heart rate of 70％ to 85％ of the personal highest safe heart rate.At the beginning, each session of exercise lasted for 10-15 minutes and the heart rate or pulse was measured every 4-6 minutes, with the patients'heart rate allowed to increase by no more than 20/minute and the patients not feeling tired. The subsequent exercise time gradually increased but not over 30-40 minutes, twice a day for no less than 5 days a week.

干预：两组患者均给予改善循环和营养神经药物等治疗，在此基础上，治疗组采用有氧运动疗法：以靶心率为指标，即以通过运动获得的个人最高安全心率70％～85％作为每次运动的靶心率，开始时每次运动10～15 min，每运动4～6 min测一次心率或脉搏，运动以患者心率增加不超过20次/min、患者感觉不疲乏为度，以后逐渐增加运动时间，直至每次活动持续时间30-40 min，2次/d，每周治疗不少于5 d。
