为总结隔日用药经验，对2004年~2005年在本中心门诊使用该方案的初治涂阳肺结核病人的治疗效果进行了观察，并和2001年~2002年使用每日用药方案治疗的病人进行比较，现报告如下。1材料和方法1.1资料来源本中心2001年~2002年和2004年~2005年门诊治疗管理病人的病历和督导访视卡。1.2方法将2004年~2005年用隔日疗法(2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3)的初治涂阳肺结核病人为观察对象，2001年~2002年用每日疗法(2HRZE/4HR)的初治涂阳肺结核病人为对照，药物均为沈阳红旗的板式药。

Results 4 cases were treated by psychotherapy ,4 cases were treated by psychotherapy and intracavernous injection of vasoactive drugs(papaverine-phentolamine).

With a persisting development in tumor targeting viruses as a special anti-tumor agent and therapeutic gene vector for the recent years, a number of highly effective, targeting virus vectors have been exploited, which still did not satisfy the requirement for cancer targeting therapy in clinic. Therapeutic effect in both groups was observed 7,14 days later.results there was no significant difference in clinical effective rate, healing state of the ulcer and blood sugar index between two groups (p＞0.05).the treatment group was superior to control group in amelioration of acroanesthesia, pain, skin temperature,skin color,a/b index (p＜0.05).the effect of improving the pulse of dorsal artery of foot in both groups was not certain.the patients in both groups were well tolerant,except for part of patients with adverse reactions of mild or moderate degree.conclusion the clinical efficacy and safety of clearing heat and removing dampness method is similar to that of routine administration of antibiotics in treating diabetic foot infection.the former is superior to antibiotics in improving clinical symptoms.

结果 2组临床有效率、溃疡愈合状况、血糖指标等比较差异无显著意义(p＞0.05)。清热利湿药物联合抗生素在改善糖尿病足麻木、疼痛、皮温、皮色、踝/肱指数等方面优于单用抗生素(p＜0.05)。2组治疗前后足背动脉搏动方面疗效不确切。除了部分轻、中度患者病情波动外，治疗期间均有良好的耐受。结论在治疗糖尿病足感染方面，清热利湿方与通常应用的抗生素疗效相近，在改善症状方面优于抗生素。

Results:The clinical manifestation of postoperative gastroparesis was abdominal distention,vomit,no obvious celiodynia and normal gas discharge by anus in majority patients,weak enterocinsia was shown by barium meal X-ray of alimentary canal opacification,and unobstructed anastomotic stoma shown by gastroscopy.52 patients relieved from gastrointestinal decompression,nutrition support,water-electrolyte metabolism balance,gastrointestinal motility medicine and combined integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicien treament.

结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道X-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。

The first group (M68,F31;age 58a±s8a) was treated withaddition of potassiummagnesiumaspartate 40-60mL plus 10%potassium chloride 10mL;and second group (M126,F 45;age 53a±8a) was treated with theaddition of 25%magnesium sulfate 5-10mL plus 10%potassium chlor ide 10-15mL,both in 5%glucose injection 500mL,iv,drip,qd×10d.
