Treating group A,36 cases,combine used corticosteroid drug use in nasal cavity (Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray)、secretion expellant、chinese patent medicine (Nasosinusitis Relieving Oral Liquid) in the perioperative treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery .

治疗组A，36例，联合使用鼻腔局部皮质类固醇药物、粘液溶解排除剂、中成药于鼻内镜鼻窦手术的围手术期治疗；治疗组B，106例，使用其中任意两种；治疗组C，123例，使用其中任意一种；组D为对照组，39例，不使用以上药物。

Dr. Fassler stressed that many individuals with ADHD are still not being diagnosed or receiving treatment, and parents have many questions about the most appropriate care for their child, which the guide was designed to address. 摘 要］目的：探讨用水溶性维生素治疗药源性乏力、眩晕疗效。方法：选择160例注射抗生素、扩血管药及其他药物后出现乏力、眩晕症状的患者(排除药物所致高血压、低血压、低血糖而出现以上症状)。随机分为二组：一组常规治疗(葡萄糖+维生素c+维生素b6)；二组用水溶性维生素治疗，治疗时间为一周，对比观察其疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44，p.05)。结论：水溶性维生素能更好地改善药源性乏力、眩晕症状。

Glioma is still one of refractory disease in the neurosurgical field; the development of new primary and adjuvant treatment is vital. Recently, the gene therapy of glioma is developed rapidly and there are many methods about the gene therapy that include: suicide gene therapy, immunologic gene therapy, drug resistangce gene therapy, angiostatin gene therapy and so on. The sucide gene therapy is the most potential approach of antitumer, these nonmammalian genes encode enzyme that convert nontoxic prodrugs into highly toxic metablites. Cells transfected with suicide genes are targeted for specific negative selection, witch can be induced by administrtion of the corresponding produg. Among the enzyme/produg combinations, two of the best characterized system are herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase /ganciclovir and Escherichia coli cytosine deaminase /5-flourocytosine (5-FC). The formor can convert the antiviral nucleoside analogs acyclovir , ganciclovir to their nucleoside monophosphate derivatives, the monophosphate forms are subsequently phosphorylated by endogenus cellular kinases to triphosphates, these molecules are potent inhibitors of DNA synthesis.

Conclutions Topotecan is an effective remedy for treatment of small cell lung cancer, both single topotecan and combined regimen has the same effect as the traditional first-line regimen, though myelo-suppression such as leucopenia and thrombopenia is more sever, the adverse effect is tolerated. Though it has been recommended as second-line agent for chemo-therapy sensitive small cell lung cancer, there needs more clinical studies to verify its role in first-line.
