Methods 45 patients with GO were divided into four groups randomly, group B with anti-thyroid drugs, group C with anti-thyroid drugs and steroids, group D based on group C and additional retrobulbar injection with steroids, group E based on group C and additional intrathyroid injection with steroids.

45例GO分为4组：B组抗甲状腺药物治疗；C组同时口服强的松；D组：C组＋球后注射地塞米松；E组：C组＋甲状腺注射地塞米松和奥曲肽。

Methods 63 cases of suffering bacterila corneal ulcer who were not cured through conventional drug treatment after 10~14 days were divided randomly into two groups. In A group(35 cases), the surface of cornea was covered with fresh amnion and autoblood was detained in closed amnion space; In B group(28 cases), antibiotics was subconjunctivally injected Relieving of Postoperative ocular region Irritation,restoring of keratohelcosis and vision were observed.

我们把经常规的药物治疗10～14天未治愈的细菌性角膜溃疡63例(63眼)，随机分为A、B两组。A组35例（35眼），采用新鲜羊膜遮盖角膜表面在封闭羊膜空间留置自血；B组28例（28眼）用结膜下注射抗生素。

Results Women were more often affected than men(1.83:1) and 53 patients were older than 40 years. The involved parts were as follows: eyelid 58 cases (89.2%), mouth and mandibula 46 cases(70.8%),neck 17 cases(26.2%). The symptom at onset were blepharospasm 42 cases(64.6%) or oromandibular dystonia 17 cases(26.2%).In part of the patients, cranial MRI examination could find focus in brainstem or basal ganglia. Among 37 patients treated with oral drugs, 4 cases were almost cured, 16 cases improved and 17 cases showed no effect. While in 15 patients treated through chiostridium botulinum toxin injection, 5 were almost cured, 9 improved and 1 had no effect.

结果 男女患病比率为1：1.83，40岁以上发病53例，受累部位依次为眼睑58例（89.2%）、口-下颌46例（70.8%）、颈部17例（26.2%）；首发症状以眼部不适、眼睑痉挛最多（42例，占64.6%），口-下颌肌张力障碍次之（17例，占26.2%）；14例行头MRI检查者8例发现脑干或基底节区病灶；口服药物治疗37例，显效4例，有效16例，无效17例；15例行肉毒毒素局部注射者显效5例，有效9例，无效1例。

Methods Through clinical analysis on sex and age,clinical manifestation,illness course and quarter,life and diet,assistant examination,whole nurse,medicamentous treatment of sixty-seven patients with COPD accompanied by PU,authors explored the clinical characteristics and inherent regular pattern of this disease.

方法通过对67例(2002-09～2006-08)COPD伴发PU患者的性别、年龄、临床表现、病程季节、生活饮食、辅助检查、整体护理、药物治疗综合分析，探讨其临床特点及内在规律。结果COPD容易伴发PU，中老年居多；PU以十二指肠溃疡居多；COPD伴发PU容易被忽视，容易漏诊误治。

METHODS: Patients in the aerobic exercise group were given aerobic exercise four times a week, 30 min/time for 12 weeks on the basis of the medicative therapy.
