用苦寒解毒凉血合剂治疗，血小板数和聚集率皆明显回升，而无苦寒解毒的清营凉血合剂效果较差。说明苦寒解毒药物能使减少的血小板数回升，降低的聚集率升高。提示临床治疗急性热病出现血小板数量减少和聚集率降低，应注重用苦寒解毒药物治疗。
