Methods The total proteins of untreated and INH-treated mc^2 155 cells were separated by ampholyte pH gradient-based two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). Tire differential expression proteins were analyzed by using image analysis software. Results Proteins of control group arid INH-treated group contained 159 and 221 protein spots, respectively.

观察不同浓度的异烟肼处理前后耻垢分枝杆菌生长曲线，确定药物处理SM细胞的最佳时间和浓度，并提取在最佳处理时间和浓度条件下的SM细胞总蛋白，采用载体两性电解质pH梯度双向凝胶电泳技术分离异烟肼处理前后耻垢分枝杆菌mc^2 155细胞的总蛋白质，用PDuest 7.3.1图像分析软件比较分析，以识别差异表达的蛋白质。

A549 cells are more sensitive to CDDP-induced apoptosis(P.01) and less sensitive to THP andβ-Ele-induced apoptosis than A375p(P.01, P.05 respectively). Condensation and crack of nucleus and apoptotic bodies appeared in apoptotic cells of A549 and A375p cell lines in all treated groups and necrocytosis were to be seen in some groups. Fluorescence imaging experiments demonstrated that accumulation of iASPP in cytoplasm but little distribution in nucleus in all groups. untreated groups in two cell lines presented a bright-green colour,followed by CDDP-treated groups,and THP-treated groups is the darkest one in all groups.

免疫荧光显示，未加药物处理的A549和A375p细胞胞质染色均匀呈亮绿色，核区较暗；CDDP及β-Ele处理组细胞为暗绿色，其中可见皱缩的凋亡细胞；THP处理的细胞胞质荧光弱呈灰绿色，由于THP嵌入DNA自发红色荧光与二抗的绿色荧光中和，胞核被染成桔红色，结果提示药物处理后A549和A375p细胞中iASPP的表达有不同程度的下降。

The data shoewed that esculetin, resveratrol enhanced LPL expression up to about 1.2 ~3.5 fold compared with the control group. In addition to fibrates, however, no effect on LPL expression by curcumin was observed. We concluded that esculetin and resveratrol enhanced LPL expression on CHO-K1 cell. We hope that we can apply these drugs to mutant form LPL, furthermore apply theses drugs into clinical treatment.

利用药物处理有转染带有完整人类脂蛋白解脂酶启动子和脂蛋白解脂酶cDNA 序列(-1715 ~+1643)质体的CHO-K1细胞，从细胞培养液以及细胞溶解物中发现，除了curcumin之外所有药物都可以使得细胞培养液以及细胞溶解液内的脂蛋白解脂酶活性有1.2至3.5倍的上升，由此结果可知除了curcumin外，esculetin和白藜芦醇以及其他fibrate药物可降低三酸甘油脂血症。

Among the 45 neurons generating phasic firing, 8 (17.78﹪) neurons could still be induced phasic firing after treatment with 1×10-2 μg/mL SVHRP and 37 (82.22﹪) neurons had no responses to the stimulation. The AP firing of neurons was dramatically different after treatment with SVHRP (P＜0.01, n=45). Among the 7 repetitive firing neurons, all of them could only generate 1 or 0 AP instead of repetitive firing when SVHRP was applied. The number of APs was 14.57±1.00 and 0.57±0.20 before and after SVHRP treatment (P＜0.01, n=7). The AP rheobase was (75.10±8.99) pA and (119.85± 12.73) pA before and after 1 × 10-4 μg/mL SVHRP application, respectively (P＜0.01,n=8). The AP threshold was increased from (-41.17±2.15) mV to (-32.40±1.48) mV after 1×10-4 μg/mL SVHRP treatment (P＜0.01,n=8). The peak amplitude of AP was (68.49±2.33) mV for the neurons before treatment with 1×10-4 μg/mL SVHRP and (54.71±0.81)mV after treatment (P＜0.01, n=8). These results showed that SVHRP could decrease the AP firing frequency, increase the AP rheobase and threshold, but decrease the AP peak amplitude of hippocampal neurons.

在产生位相放电的45个细胞中，有8个细胞在SVHRP处理后仍可以诱发出位相放电(占17.78﹪)；37个细胞在SVHRP处理后无法诱导出位相放电(占82.22﹪)，SVHRP处理后动作电位的产生与处理前相比，有显著差异(P＜0.01，n=45)；在产生重复放电的7个细胞中，在1×10-2μg/mL SVHRP作用后均不能再次诱发出重复放电，而是产生一个动作电位或不再产生动作电位，药物处理前产生的动作电位个数为14.57±1.00，SVHRP处理后产生动作电位的个数为0.57±0.20，二者之间有显著性差异(P＜0.01，n=7)。1×10-4 μg/mLSVHRP处理后，诱发动作电位产生的基强度由(75.10±8.99)pA增加到(119.85±12.73)pA(P＜0.01，n=8)；阈电位由(-41.17±2.15)mV升至(-32.40±1.48)mV(P＜0.01，n=8)；动作电位峰值由(68.49±2.33)mV下降至(54.71±0.81)mV(P＜0.01，n=8)。
