MethodsBase on pharmacokinetics research of β asarone in volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in rat serum,to compare the condition of HPLC and sample preparation.

方法在石菖薄挥发油β细辛醚在大鼠的药代动力学实例研究的基础上，对给药剂量、血样采集时间点、生物样品的贮存稳定性、蛋白沉淀剂的种类及剂量、样品提取和制备方法，以及流动相、波长、柱温等参数进行了比较。

METHODS :Pharmacokinetic comparison of 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)administerd ip,iv and ig was made in rabbits by HPLC method.

采用高效液相色谱法比较研究了家兔5-Fu 3种给药途经的药代动力学。

Result: The reports tell us, it takes a higher incidence of ADR to female patients between 41～60 years old; ADR happens mainly to intravenously administrable especially for antineoplastic drug. The most clinical performances are the injuries accour to skin and its accessory; Secondly there are some injuries to the whole bodies as 5 serious examples.

结果：198例ADR中，以41～60岁年龄段患者发生率较高，男性高于女性；静脉给药是引发ADR的主要途径，与抗肿瘤药有关的ADR最为多见；临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见；其次为全身性损害，其中较严重的6例。

Methods: We collected 121 of clinical isolates of Enterobacter, including 87 isolates Enterobacter cloacae, 34 isolates Enterobacter aerogenes, all of the isolates were detected by cefoxitin three-dimension test, drug resistance phenotypes estimation, cloxacillin disc synergy test and cloxacillin-potentiated disc diffusion test respectively to find high-level AmpC β-lactamase isolates, drug resistance phenotypes estimation were also used to detected high induction producing AmpC β-lactamases isolates, meanwhile, we took three-dimension test as standard method, and compared to other methods, then calculated the coincidence rates, sensitivities and specificities of them.

采用头孢西丁三维实验、纸片耐药表型推断法、邻氯西林纸片协同法、双纸片邻氯西林增效试验分别检测高产AmpCβ-内酰胺酶株，获得高产AmpC酶在肠杆菌属细菌中的表达状况。采用纸片耐药表型推断法检测诱导和高产AmpC酶，同时以头孢西丁三维实验为标准，其他三种方法与之相比较，分析它们检测高产AmpC酶的符合率、灵敏度和特异性。

Objective To study the effect of different doses of levodopa on the flash visual evoked potential of form-deprived amblyopic rats, and to discuss the possible mechanism of amblyopic therapy.

30只14日龄SD大鼠幼鼠，随机分为3组，每组10只，分别为弱视对照组、小剂量给药组及大剂量给药组。3组SD大鼠采用单眼睑缝合30 d建立形觉剥夺眼弱视模型。

Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. The enlarged uteri all decreased to normal or near normal size. Menstruation returned in 80～90 days after cessation of treatment. Three cases conceived within four menstrual periods. One of them resulted in the birth of a healthy 3 150 g male at 38 weeks gestation by cesarean section. The second pregnancy resulting after adenomyomectomy was terminated by emergent cesarean section at 30 weeks gestation because of threatened rupture of uterus. The third is now normal at 28 weeks pregnancy .The fourth has had 2 menstrual periods and is still being followed up.

结果 GnRH-α用药期间4例均闭经，血雌二醇于用药的第3周降到绝经期水平；用药6次后增大的子宫缩小至正常或接近正常。1例子宫后壁局限性腺肌瘤未行手术切除者，用药后腺肌瘤缩小73.7%。3例于腹腔镜术后、停药转经的4个月内妊娠；另1例停药转经2个月，现在随访中。3例妊娠转归：1例足月剖宫产分娩；1例手术切除肌壁间腺肌瘤者，孕30周时因先兆子宫破裂急诊行剖宫产术；1例目前孕22周。

Their fecundity outcome were followed-up after cessation of GnRH-α treatment. Results All cases became amenorrheic during GnRH-α therapy. 结果①病例使用止血药共计13种，肾上腺色腙、氨基己酸，垂体后叶素、氨甲苯酸针分居止血药的第一、二、三、四位。
