METHODS: A single oral dose of 40 mg rabeprazole capsules or tablet was given to 18 healthy male volunteers in double alterrative periode for an open randomized cross-over test.

18名男性健康志愿者随机分2组，按双周期交叉口服雷贝拉唑的2种制剂，剂量40mg，用高效液相色谱法测定给药后不同时间点血浆中雷贝拉唑的浓度，计算2种制剂药动学参数和相对生物利用度，并评价其生物等效性。

The blank group, the pure chondrogenic inductor group and the group of the G ranula of P enetrating Bone and Removing Pain mixed with chondrogenic inductor. We adopted pro-culture solution, pure chondrogenic induced culture solution （ TGF-β310ug/L , Dex10-7mol/L , VitC50mg/L ） and the chondrogenic induced culture solution which included the serum of the G ranula. All groups were cultivated in 50ml cell culture bottles. The effects of the G ranula of P enetrating Bone and Removing Pain on chondrogenic phenotype differentiation of BMSCs were investigated after being cultivated for 1, 2, 3 weeks, then cells observed by inverted phase contrast microscope and immunocytochemical stain.

3将第2代SD大鼠BMSCs分为空白对照组、单纯软骨诱导剂组及透骨消痛颗粒含药血清加软骨诱导剂组，采用原培养液、软骨诱导培养液（TGF-β310ug/L，Dex10-7mol/L，VitC50mg/L）及透骨消痛颗粒含药血清的软骨诱导培养液，50ml细胞培养瓶内进行培养，1、2、3周后通过倒置相差显微镜及免疫细胞化学染色等实验技术，研究透骨消痛颗粒对BMSCs诱导成软骨细胞的影响。

Dynamic programming algorithm was introduced to solve the problem. Based on discussion of calculation complexity and effectiveness, the exact DP Algorithm was successfully used in operative schedule of the collecting bucket in multi-car-single-layer mode, which has few service nodes. For problems with large number of service nodes, restricted DP algorithm was constructed to avoid rapid expand in calculation and memory demands during programming process. The restricted DP algorithm, successfully used in single-car-multilayer and compound service modes, gets balance between near optimal programming results and reasonable programming time, so as to meet the real time schedule demands.

文中首先在TSP-STW问题的动态规划模型基础上，论述了计算机精确动态规划解法的求解策略和方法以及算法的有效性和复杂性，并将其成功应用于服务节点数相对较少的多小车单层配药服务模式中集中料斗的集药动作规划；在进行服务节点数较多的单小车多层服务模式中取药小车的运动规划时，为限制计算量和存储空间需求的迅速膨胀，引入以合理限制动态规划算法在每一阶段保留的最大状态元素数为核心的有限动态规划法，以便在求解结果的优化程度和规划时间上取得均衡，达到实时调度的要求。
