Methods: 40 cases received the defibrase treatment. The initial dose of defibrase basis on plasma FIB level, the rechallenge time and dose are regulated according to the plasma FIB level , keeping the plasma FIB within 0.5～1.3g/L for one week.

对40例脑梗塞患者使用降纤酶治疗，治疗组给药方法：首次给药根据血浆FIB水平调整给药剂量，再次给药根据血浆FIB 水平调整降纤酶的使用剂量及使用时间。

①The collected clinical Acinetobacter baumannii isolates were more seriously resistable to Ciprofloxacin than to Imipenem;②The antibiotic resistance of clinical Acinetobacter baumannii isolates may be associated with the decline of CarO protein expression;③There is some relationship between CarO protein and ciprofloxacin-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains,it proves that CarO protein supports bacteria on multi-drug resistance;④CarO protein may be related to cell signalling;⑤The difference in CarO protein functional sites and structure between the sensitive strains and the resistant strains may be related to bacterial resistance.

MethodsThe fingerprints of Clematis chinesis,Clematis uncinata , medicated plasma of Clematis chinesis, medicated plasma of Clematis uncinata and plasma of blank were determined by HPLC.The common peaks between Clematis chinesis and Clematis uncinata,medicated plasma of Clematis chinesis, medicated plasma of Clematis uncinata were analyzed.

方法采用HPLC法分别测定威灵仙、柱果铁线莲、威灵仙含药血浆、柱果铁线莲含药血浆和空白血浆的指纹图谱，并分别进行威灵仙与柱果铁线莲、威灵仙含药血浆与柱果铁线莲含药血浆指纹图谱共有峰的分析。

At the end of the experiment, all of the rats were killed after the last time when the rats were treated with medicine. And the serum was collected to observe blood picture, function of liver kidney, and other important organs were observed, too. The other half number of the rats was killed in two weeks when the rats were stopped taking medicine.
