In part one, we prepared three ramification of pyrene nanoparticles by reprecipitation method under ultrasonic radiationand characterized with TEM.The determination of organic nanoparticles to DNA, NO2 -,and nucleic acids werestudied by using fluorescence. And some ultrasensitive determination of DNA, NO_2~-, and nucleic acids methods were proposed. The possible mechanism has been studied.

Results showed that the new type rhodanine ramifications were good performance fluorescence reagents to determine the trace matter by fluorescence analysis.

A new emission peak located at long wavelength (at about 515 nm) appeared in PL spectra of the unsubstituted polymer (PF6P) films annealed in air, and the intensity of the long wavelength emission increased with the increase of annealing temperature or annealing time.

The relationship of the amounts of emulsifier, organosilicon monomer (D4) and initiator with the ratio of fluorescence intensity between first vibronic peak of pyrene (λ= 373 nm) and third vibronic peak of pyrene (λ=384nm)Ⅰ1/Ⅰ3 were discussed during the emulsion polymerization process, in which pyrene was used as fluorescence probe. The polymerization behavior of the organosilicon-acrylate latex with core-shell structure was investigated in line with the relationship of monomer conversion and development of morphology in latex particles with the value of Ⅰ1/Ⅰ3 for probe pyrene during the polymerization process.

The results shown that both [Cu_2]~2+ and NR molecular can intercalates into the DNA double helix layer, and there is a competition between these two interactions. Furthermore, chemometrics approach, parallel factor analysis, was used to resolve the measured three-way CW-SFS data, which provided simultaneously the concentration information for the three reaction components, NR, [Cu_2]~2+ and NR-DNA, for the system at each equilibrium point. This PARAFAC analysis indicated that the intercalation of the [Cu_2]~2+ molecule into the DNA proceeds by exchanging with the NR probe, and can be attributed to two parallel reactions.

In order to examine the influence of higher ionic strength on the interaction between QDs and avidin, the fluorescence spectra of free CdTe and CdTe-avidin solution are recorded as a function of increasing NaCl concentration.

Oocyte samples from one group were collected to detect the presence and integration of HBV DNA within cells and chromosomes using PCR, Southern blot, dot hybridization and fluorescence in situ hybridization. The female animals from another group were mated with their normal males, respectively.
