To construct a retroviral vector carrying immortalizing gene hTERT, screen gene puro, reporter gene EGFP and recombination site sequence LoxP for reversible cell immortalization. Linearized pBABE-puro was cut by restriction enzyme Nhe Ⅰ and ligated with loxP double strands to construct a vector pBABE-puro-lox.

目的 探讨以hTERT作为永生化基因、嘌呤霉素乙酰转移酶基因puro作为筛选基因、加强型绿色荧光蛋白EGFP作为报道基因、loxp作为重组位点构建可回复性永生化逆转录病毒载体，为建立可回复性永生化细胞株莫定基础。

The genetic relationship of 27 sapodilla cultivars and 4 mamey sapoae cultivars were analyzed by using fluorescent-labeled AFLP markers. A total of 1131 AFLP markers between 75 to 500 base pairs were generated with 9 primer combinations, of which 1096 (96.9%) were polymorphic.

Results show that, by uv-vis spectra, fluorescence spectra and Fourier infrared spectra transform all successfully gained water-soluble CdTe quantum dots. With the increase of water-soluble CdTe quantum dot concentration increasing, Achyranthes Bidentata root length and the seed vigor reduced ordinally, but its germination changed no obviously, suggested the space mutagenesis treatment can improve Achyranthes Bidentata seed vigor.

In order to evaluate prevalence of Chlamydia psittaci in Beijing and other provinces around, 374 blood samples and 81 clinical suspected samples from Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin, Nei Monggol, Shandong, Shanxi and Henan were investigated by detecting for antibodies against C.psittaci using IHA and ELISA, and for pathogens using modified Ziehl-Neelsen staining and immunofluorescence tests.

The pollen living ability declined with time prolonging and the best condition for pollination was 22~28℃and fresh pollen appearing .By means of benzidine- hydrogen peroxide reaction and aniline blue fluorescence method, showed that the stigma receptivity could teach to 12 days since flowering.
