The six stages involved euthermic state (25℃), prehibernation (10-12℃), after hibernating for a week and a month (2-4℃), and arousing from hibernation for a week and two weeks (10-12℃). From euthermic state to long-term hibernation, lipid peroxidation was showed to increase in brain except the stage of prehibernation.

The results also showed that the proximal tubule and the distal convoluted tubule in the cortical labyrinth in Felis bieti and Felis lynx have some small bubble structure as cat animals may be unique to the structure.

观察结果还表明荒漠猫和猞猁肾皮质中的近曲小管和远曲小管中都有空泡状结构，可能为猫科动物所特有的结构。

The results showed that , the ratio of thickness of the renal cortex to the medulla in Felis bieti is 1∶2.35, the ratio of the number of the proximal tubule to the distal convoluted tubule in the cortical labyrinth in Felis bieti is 2.26∶1, the density of the renal capsule in the cortex deep layer is bigger than that of the shallow layer, the number of the thin segment is high both in the medulla and medullary ray.

结果显示：荒漠猫肾脏皮质与髓质的厚度比为1∶2.35，皮质迷路内近曲小管与远曲小管的断面数量比为2.26∶1，皮质中肾小体的分布密度近髓大于浅表，髓放线和髓质中细段分布较多。

According to these characteristics we conjecture that the ability of reabsorption water from the primary urine of the kidney in Felis bieti is stronger than that of the Felis lynx these characteristics maybe result from Felis bieti and Felis lynx's adaptation to their specific habitat .

由此推测荒漠猫肾的重吸收能力较猞猁强，这可能与其生活环境和食性相适应。

Up to May 2000, before water delivering, the cutting off runoff of lower Tarim River had been continued for 30 years, all the surface water had disappeared for a long time. It forces the environment which is originally controlled by dry circulation to develop rapidly toward dry environment. The desertification had expanded greatly. As the results, a large number of the saline meadow and halophilous shrub deserta had disappeared.

In Anxi County, food production service values in prohibited grazing region in lowland halophytic meadows and desert grassland increased 16.25 yuan/hm^2 and 7.75 yuan/hm^2, and total values increased by 176.5 yuan/hm^2 and 170.5 yuan/hm^2, respectively.

Shrubs and undershrubs in desert-oasis ecotone can be divided into four groups based on the niche breadth.
