Yields from chiral bisoxazolines (5a) with diethyl oxalate using NaOCH〓 as base for the first time. The structures of chiral multioxazolines and their intermediates, multi (β-hydroxylamide) s, were characterized by 〓H NMR, IR, mass spectra and elemental analysis.
