Replacing complete concentrated feed with mixed concentrated feeds of dwarf elephant grass, brachiaria hybrid Ⅰ and brachiaria hybri Ⅱ, there was no significant effect on the growth and acetone body quality of young goose. The three acids glyceride and high density lipoprotein of serum from 80 day-old geese had no significant difference, but the total cholesterin and low density lipoprotein of geese fed with dwarf elephant grass, brachiaria hybrid Ⅰ and brachiaria hybri Ⅱ were all lower than that fed with concentrated feed to some extent.

用矮象草、臂型草杂种Ⅰ、臂型草杂种Ⅱ混合精料代替全精料养鹅并不会显著影响仔鹅的发育和酮体品质。80日龄鹅的血清TG和HDL差异不显著，但矮象草、臂型草杂种Ⅱ和臂型草杂种Ⅰ饲养的鹅，TC和LDL都一定程度上低于精料组的鹅。

Result In peanut seedling stage, spraying 900 ml/hm^2 quizalofop-P-ethyl EC on the grass weeds such as Barnyard grass, Green bristlegrass and Goosegrass had 100% control effect, but it had a poor control effect on some broad-leaved weeds. While, spraying 600 and 720 ml/hm^2 quizalofop-p-ethyllactuofen EC had remarkable effects not only on the grass weeds such as B. grass but also on the broad-leaved weeds such as Purslane, Cirsium setosum and Dayflower, with the control effect of more than 80%. Both of the 2 herbicides would not produce some slight contact drug spots on the part of peanut leaves and the drug spots on the leaves could be recovered in 1 to 2 weeks, which couldn't affect the growth and yield of the peanut in middle and late stage. So the 2 herbicides had good selectivity.

结果］在花生苗期喷施900 ml/hm^2精喹禾灵乳油对稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草等禾本科杂草具有100%的防效，但对一些阔叶杂草防效较差，而喷施600和720 ml/hm^2精喹乳氟禾乳油则除了对稗草等禾本科杂草有特效外，还对马齿苋、刺儿菜、鸭跖草等阔叶杂草具有显著的防效，均达80%以上。2种除草剂均对花生叶片局部产生一些轻度的接触性药斑，药斑在12周内可恢复，不影响花生的中后期生长及产量，具有很强的选择性。

As a result, synthesizing the comparison of the characteristics of drought resistance, cold tolerance, barren resistance and production of these ten grasses, we have found that the resistance of Bromus inermis,Festuca arundinacea was better , and consequently Bromus inermis , Festuca arundinacea were proofed to be favorable grasses for developing pasture in northern China in the future. Whereas, Bromus biebersteinii, Festuca rubra,Dactylis glomerata,Phleum pratense,Agropyron desertorum,Agropyron smithii,Elytrigia elongate and Phalaris arundinacea were worse, and therefore measures to local conditions and prudence in the production practice were advocated.

因此，综合抗旱性、耐寒性、耐贫瘠性及田间的生产性能的比较研究，10种牧草中的无芒雀麦、苇状羊茅的抗性表现较好，是今后我国北方地区进行人工草地建设的良好牧草种类；而草地雀麦、紫羊茅、沙生冰草、蓝茎冰草、长穗偃麦草、猫尾草、鸭茅和草芦表现不好，在生产实践中应因地制宜、谨慎推广。

In the aspect of grass cold tolerance, these ten grasses were classified into three types by the cluster analysis, based on winter survival adaptability and LT50 measured under low temperature treatment. High cold tolerance: Bromus biebersteinii,Bromus inermis,Festuca arundinacea, Agropyron desertorum,Elytrigia elongate, Phleum pretense; medium cold tolerance: Festuca rubra, Agropyron smithii,Dactylis glomerata; low cold tolerance: Phalaris arundinacea.

禾本科牧草在耐寒性方面，根据牧草越冬适应性表现和低温处理下用电导法得出的半致死温度， 10种牧草进行聚类分析结果表明：耐寒性强的是草地雀麦、无芒雀麦、苇状羊茅、沙生冰草、长穗偃麦草、猫尾草；耐寒性中等的是紫羊茅、蓝茎冰草、鸭茅；耐贫瘠性最弱的是草芦。

Other three alien translocation lines referring to chromosome Lr.14 of L.racemosus were also induced via irradiated pollens.After irradiated by gamma raysof 1KR does,the pollens of T.aestivum-L.racemosus Lr.14 disomic addition lineswere used to pollinate wheat varieties"Yangmai No.5"and"Mianyang No.11".M1plants have pairing between wheat chromosomes and Lr.14 ofL.racemosus at PMCMI stage were self-pollinated,and the M2 seeds used to be Giemsa C-banded andfluorescence in situ hybridized.As the result,three alien translocation lines wereobtained and T12 was observed to have distal translocation chromosomes betweenLr.14S and a wheat chromosome segment(TW-Lr.14S·Lr.14L).T13 wasidentified to contain mostly-alien-translocation chromosome(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W).T14 was proved to contain a translocation between Lr.14L and 6BS,with approximatebreakpoint at 6BS2.2 region, FL0.22 in the short arm of chromosome T6BL.6BS-Lr.14L.

用普通小麦-大赖草Lr.14二体异附加系经辐射处理过的花粉给扬麦5号和绵阳11号授粉，M1代植株进行PMC MI染色体配对分析和Giemsa C-分带，选出PMCMI小麦和大赖草染色体发生配对的植株进行自交，M2代经RTC M期染色体C-分带和原位杂交，鉴定出3个小麦-大赖草易位系，其中T12为由Lr.14大部分和一个小麦染色体片段组成的易位染色体(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W)；T13含由Lr.14染色体绝大部分与小麦染色体的一个小片段组成的易位染色体(TLr.14L·Lr.14S-W)；T14易位系的染色体易位发生在小麦6BS2.2区和大赖草Lr.14L之间，易位断点在T6BL·6BS-Lr.14L易位染色体的FL0.22附近。
