Expanded MSCs were induced to differentiate into nerve cells withthree different treatment protocol in the prensent study . On the following day, the medium was replaced with preinduction medium consisting of DMEM, 20% FCS, and 10 ng/ml basic fibroblast growth factor. After 24 h, the preinduction medium was removed, the cells were washed twice with PBS, and neuronal induction medium containing DMEM supplemented with 2% DMSO and200 m bu-tylated hydroxyanisole was added. In later experiments, we used DMEM with 5 mM p - mercaptoethanol or sulfo - glycerine as an alternative neuronal induction medium for the same incubation.

将待诱导分化的MSCs按0.4x10~6／ml接种于事先放置有消毒盖玻片的六孔板内制备细胞爬片，分别采用三种不同的方法诱导第2代至10代的MSCs向神经细胞分化，即方法1先用含bFGF的培养基进行预诱导，之后再用含叔丁基对羟基茴香醚，和二甲亚砜的无血清培养基进行诱导；方法2和方法3用B-巯基乙醇和硫代甘油进行预诱导，然后不同浓度的上述物质进行正式诱导。

Cells in the induction group were treated with L-DMEM consisting of 10% fetal calf serum and 10 μg/L basic fibroblast growth factor for 24 hours, then induced with L-DMEM consisting of 2% dimethyl sulphoxide and 200 μmol/L butyl hydroxy anisol for 1, 3 and 5 hours.

设立2组，诱导组用含10%胎牛血清和10 μg/L成纤维生长因子的L-DMEM培养基预诱导24 h后，再以含2%二甲基亚砜和200 μmol/L丁羟基茴香醚的L-DMEM无血清培养基诱导1，3，5 h。

Fetal bovine serum, basic fibroblast growth factor and butyl hydroxy anisol, and dimethyl sulphoxide were used in this study.

胎牛血清为杭州四季青产品，成纤维生长因子、丁羟基茴香醚为Sigma公司产品，二甲基亚砜为Amresco产品。

The results showed that the POV of hemp seed oil was affected remarkably by temperature and time, and the effect of temperature was greater than that of time. The TBHQ had good antioxidation ability to hemp seed oil. TBHQ or BHA with isoascorbic acid or critic acid exhibited great antioxidation ability, the synergistic effect on the oil of critic acid was better than that of isoascorbic acid. When 0.02% TBHQ with 0.005% BHA and 0.01% critic acid or with 0.005%BHA and 0.01% isoascorbic acid was used in the oil, the shelf life of the oil could be prolonged from 4 months to 11~13 months at 20℃.

结果表明，温度、时间对汉麻籽油的自氧化过程有显著影响，且温度的影响更明显；叔丁基对苯二酚对汉麻籽油具有较好的抗氧化性能，柠檬酸和异Vc对TBHQ与丁基羟基茴香醚复配的复合抗氧化剂均表现出较强的协同抗氧化性能，且柠檬酸的协同抗氧化性优于异Vc；添加0.02%TBHQ+0.005%BHA+0.01%柠檬酸或0.02%TBHQ+0.005%BHA+0.01%异Vc复合抗氧化剂，可使汉麻籽油在20℃下的预贮藏时间从4个月延长至11~13个月。
