探讨含乳饮料中山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠的HPLC含量测定方法，在比较5种沉淀样品中蛋白质的方法后，确定以亚铁氰化钾与硫酸锌溶液为沉淀剂，采用C18反相柱，以甲醇：乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L)=15∶85为流动相，紫外230 nm检测，结合保留时间及二极管阵列检测器光谱分析信息定性。

Results high performance chromatography was established to determine 6 sorts of additives: lemon yellow, amaranth, sunset yellow, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium; RSD was 2.5%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.9%, 1.0% and 1.9% respectively; the recovery rate was 92%~110%.
