The effects of above-mentionedconditions on alkylene reaction are studied to obtain the optimum reactive conditionsby orthogonal experiments having seven factors and three levels. GCLE is chosen as material to prepare 7-phenyl acetamideyl vinyl cephalkyl acidp-methoxy benyl eatsr in the experiment. The process is as follow: GCLE reacts withiodide in solvent, and produce 3-iodid, then reacts with PPh_3 to produce Witting agent,and reacts with HCHO to produce 7-phenyl acetamideyl vinyl cephalkyl acid p-methoxy benyl eatsr in alkaline conditions.

试验选用GCLE作为原料制备7-苯乙酰氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯，反应过程如下：GCLE与碘化物、PPh3在溶剂中反应生成3位膦盐，在碱性条件下生成Wittig试剂再与HCHO反应生成7-苯乙酰氨基-3-乙烯基头孢烷酸对甲氧苄酯。

A novel compound——N-naphthalene acylN′-substituted p-chlorobenzamido thiocarbamide was synthesized by reaction of p-chlorobenzamido hydrazine and α-naphthalene acyl mustard oil,which was obtained by potassium thiocyanate combined with α-naphthalene acyl chloride formed from α-naphthylacetic acid and SOCl2 in anhydrous benzene.

In the first part, five new 4-acyl pyrazolone 4-ethyl-thiosemicarbazones compounds: 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-bromo)benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbazone (PM4Br BP-ETSC), 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-methyl)benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbaz -one (PM4MBP-ETSC), 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarba -zone, 1,3-diphenyl-4-benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbazone and 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemi -carbazone have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR spectra and single-crystal XRD.

RESULTS: A germacrane sesquiterpenoid, incaspitolide D (1), along with-N-benzoylphenylalanine--2-benzamido-3-phenyl- propyl ester (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), apigenin (4), diosmetin (5) and luteolin (6) was isolated. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 were isolated for the first time from Vernonia patula.

结果：分离到1个牻牛烷型倍半萜内酯， 1个苯丙氨酸衍生物、1个生物碱和3个黄酮化合物，根据波谱数据和X-衍射分析分别鉴定为：incaspitolide D (1)，-N-苯甲酰基苯基丙氨酸–-2-苯甲酰氨基–3-苯基丙酯(S-N-benzoylalanine-–2-benzamido-3-phenylpropyl ester， 2；吲哚-3-羧酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid， 3)；香叶木素(diosmetin， 4)，芹菜素(apigenin， 5)和木犀草素(luteolin， 6)。
