This dissertation divides into seven chapters and the main contents and conclusions are listed as following:1. Three series binuclear lanthanide carboxylate coordination polymers 1～7 have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by altering the length of carbon chains between carboxyl group and phenyl ring on ligands, which are isophthalic acid, 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid and 1,3-phenoxydiacetic acid, and lanthanide ions such as Pr~(3+), Eu~(3+)and Ho~(3+).

论文共分七章，主要研究内容和结论如下：1、通过改变间苯二甲酸配体的羧基和苯环之间的碳链长度，从间苯二甲酸、间苯二乙酸到间苯二氧乙酸，以及改变稀土离子半径Pr~(3+、Eu~(3+)和Ho~(3+)出发，在水热条件下制备了三个系列双核金属单元的稀土羧酸二维配位聚合物1～7。

The more the number of hydroxyl substitution in phenyl ring, the better the ability of scavenging DPPH free radical. That is, trihydroxy is better than dihydroxy, and dihydroxy is better than monohydroxy. Moreover, when the polyhydroxy exists in phenyl ring and it is ortho-position or para-position, the ability of scavenging DPPH free radical is better too.

当苯甲醯基的苯环上羟基取代数量越多，其清除DPPH自由基的能力越好，三羟基效果优於双羟基、单羟基，双羟基效果优於单羟基；而苯甲醯基苯环上若为多羟基且羟基的位置为邻位或对位的关系时，其在清除DPPH自由基的能力较佳。

The mechanism of outside cell reaction of electrosynthesis of p-methoxybenzaldehyde and p-bromobenzaldehye is studied by Fourier-transform infrared absorption spectra.

利用红外光谱研究了槽外合成对甲氧基苯甲醛和对溴苯甲醛的反应机理，结果证明：在Ce4+与对取代甲苯的氧化反应中，苯环上甲基被Ce4+氧化的难易受苯环上对位取代基的影响。

A series of new DB21C7 derivatives with straight arm chains (crown 1 ~ 20) were firstly synthesized, and a thorough and systematic study about the influence of side arms which containing different length polymethylene and certain functional groups on extraction capacity of the parent DB21C7 was made.

本文利用DB21C7中苯环的活性，通过苯环上的亲电取代反应，首次设计合成了二苯并-21-冠-7桥连的二酮、直链烷烃、二醇、二酮酸、二烷酸以及二酰胺，共20个DB21C7取代衍生物，并以IR、~1H NMR、MS和元素分析进行了表征。

The results of batch experiments showed that the anaerobic biodegradation kinetics of 2-CNB and 4-CNB by granular sludge were follwed by first-order reaction. The nitro groups of 2-CNB and 4-CNB were more easily attacked by electron than chlorines and they were reductively biotransformed to amino groups under anaerobic conditions. The acclimated anaerobic granular sludge, which could dechlorinate 4-chloroanline to aniline, showed that it had the ability of para-dechlorinating. The anaerobic biodegradating on pathway of 2-CNB and 4-CNB were suggested as follows:AbstractIn ZVI(zero-valent iron, Fe0)-reduction system, the nitro groups of 2-CNB and 4-CNB were reductively transformed to amino groups.

2分批试验结果证明，颗粒污泥降解2-CNB和4-CNB遵循一级动力学，在厌氧条件下，CNB发生序列的硝基还原与脱氯作用，苯环上的硝基比氯原子更容易受到亲电子攻击，发生还原反应生成氨基；所获得的颗粒污泥具有对位脱氯活性，可使4-CA进一步脱氯形成苯胺。2-CNB和4-CNB厌氧降解的建议性途径为： ZVI(Zero-valentiron)对2-CNB和4-CNB的作用主要是将苯环上的硝基还原为氨基；在ZVI与污泥共还原转化体系中，ZVI对氯代硝基苯的硝基转化具有一定的促进作用，但因ZVI对中间产物的吸附特性，终产物形成速率趋慢。

By using isopropyl benzene as the internal standard material, using Agilent 1100 HPLC, using methanol-acetonitrile-water as mobile phase ,using three-component grade elution program, the components that contain benzene such as TALD,PT,4-CBA,TA,BA,PX and internal standard material isopropyl benzene in liquid phase product was analysed. Shimazu6A GC was used to analyse the solvent acetic acid and internal standard material isopropyl benzne in liquid phase.

以异丙苯为内标物，应用Agilent1100高效液相色谱仪，用甲醇－乙腈－水为流动相，采用三元梯度洗脱程序分析液相产物中的含苯环组分对甲基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲酸、对羧基苯甲醛、对苯二甲酸、苯甲酸、对二甲苯和内标物异丙苯，应用Shimazu6A气相色谱仪分析液相中的溶剂醋酸和内标物异丙苯。

In this study, new benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole derivatives were designed according to relationship of structure and efficacy. The 9 novel compounds were synsthesized with following reactions. The chlorine atom in 2-chloro-3,5-dinitro-benzoic acid as beginning raw material was substituted by 2-methylpropane-2-thiol, esterified then with bromoethane, reduced by iron powder and cyclized to obtain ethyl benzo[l,2,3]thiadiazole-7 after diazonation reation.

本论文根据苯并噻二唑诱导剂的构效关系设计了新的苯并噻二唑的结构，并合成了9个未见文献报道的化合物，合成步骤如下：采用2-氯-3，5-二硝基苯甲酸为起始原料，苯环上的氯原子被叔丁基硫醇置换，羧酸由溴乙烷酯化，硝基由铁粉还原，随后经重氮化关环生成苯并[1，2，3]噻二唑-7-羧酸乙酯。

Phytochemical investigation on the acetone extract of the stems of K.oblongifolia led to the isolation of 49 compounds and 31 of them were identified.They were 20 lignans,(including 11 dibenzocyclooctadienes,8 spirobenzofuranoid dibenzocycloocta -dienes,1 other lignan),9 flavones,and 1 nortriterpenoid.Among them,4 were new compounds,1 was new natural products,and 8 compounds were isolated from this family for the first time.

通过对冷饭藤的藤茎化学成分的研究，从丙酮提取物中分离得到49个化合物，鉴定了31个化合物，包括木脂素类化合物20个(联苯环辛烯类木脂素11个，螺苯骈联苯环辛烯类木脂素8个，其他类型木脂素1个)，黄酮类化合物9个，降三萜类化合物1个，其中。4个为新化合物，1个新的天然产物，8个为本科首次报道。
