This dissertation divides into seven chapters and the main contents and conclusions are listed as following:1. Three series binuclear lanthanide carboxylate coordination polymers 1～7 have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by altering the length of carbon chains between carboxyl group and phenyl ring on ligands, which are isophthalic acid, 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid and 1,3-phenoxydiacetic acid, and lanthanide ions such as Pr~(3+), Eu~(3+)and Ho~(3+).

论文共分七章，主要研究内容和结论如下：1、通过改变间苯二甲酸配体的羧基和苯环之间的碳链长度，从间苯二甲酸、间苯二乙酸到间苯二氧乙酸，以及改变稀土离子半径Pr~(3+、Eu~(3+)和Ho~(3+)出发，在水热条件下制备了三个系列双核金属单元的稀土羧酸二维配位聚合物1～7。

Three kinds of small molecular copper and zinc superoxide dismutase mimics were synthesized with N, N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) amine (N3), N, N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) methylamine(MN3) and N,N-bis (benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) benzylamine(BN3) as ligands. The com-plexes were characterized by UV, IR and element analysis and the structures were proposed.

模拟铜一锌超氧化物歧化酶的活性中心，以二(2-苯并咪唑)丙烷为桥、二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(N3)、二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺(MN3)及二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)苄胺(BN3)为配体合成了3种异双核的小分子模型化合物，并进行了紫外、红外表征及元素分析，推测了可能的结构。

First,from molecular aspect,a novel copolymer-PPBES has successfully been synthesized by nucelophilic substitution reaction with biphenol,4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-phthlazin-1(2H)-one and 4,4\'-dichlorodiphenylsulfone,which has both twisted and linear molecular structures in the backbone.

本文从分子设计出发，首先选用联苯二酚与4-(4-羟基苯基)-2，3-二氮杂萘-1-酮和4，4′-二氯二苯砜为共聚单体，采用溶液亲核取代逐步缩聚合方法，合成了一系列含有杂萘联苯结构和联苯结构的新型共聚芳醚砜。

Four kinds of aromatic ether-linked dinitriles with low melting temperatures were obtained via the nucleophilic substitution of hydroquinone, resorcinol, biphenol and bisphenol A with CBN. They were polymerized to afford a series of poly(pheny-s-triazine)s under the optimized conditions.

以对苯二酚、间苯二酚和联苯二酚为原料，分别与对氯苯腈进行亲核取代反应，合成了三种较低熔点的含醚键二腈，并分别研究了其在优化条件下的聚合反应。

Simultaneously we prepared benzimidazolines with two methods by the reducton of benzimidazolium salts with NaBH_4 and Grignard addition with benzimidazolium salts. Thus we provided a new biomimic synthetic method for 9 kind of tetrahydro-β-carboline starting from carboxylic aicd and halid. A convenient synthetic method for preparing tetrahydro-β-carboline was provided.

本文以1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐为原料，采用了NaBH_4还原和Grignard试剂加成两种方法，制备了9种1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷作为四氢叶酸辅酶一碳单元转移新模型，在酸性条件下，以色胺作为接受一碳转移的亲核试剂，完成9种四氢-β-咔啉类化合物的新合成方法研究。

Part 6 explores the reaction system containing O-phthalate, Mn〓 and α,α'-diimine, and yields six novel complexes 16～20 possessing binuclear and tetranuclear matello-crown aether as well as 1-D linear structures, indicating that O-phthalate is a potentially useful ligand to give manganese species in a discrete form.

研究了邻苯二甲酸/锰/双齿亚胺（2，2'-联吡啶和1，10-邻二氮杂菲）的反应体系，合成出6个新颖的双核、四金属冠醚和一维线性结构的化合物16至20，表明邻苯二甲酸是合成有限核数锰簇的有用配体。

Simultaneously we prepared benzimidazolines with two methods by the of reduction benzimidazolium salts with NaBH_4 and Grignard addition with benzimidazolium salts. Thus we provided a new biomimic synthetic method for 13 kind of tetrahydroisoquinoline starting from carboxylic aicd and halid, gave a new idea of the synthesis for new drugs.It can make many kind ofβ-carboline alkaloids which have bioactivity to antibacterium, antivirus and antitumor to start from 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro -β-carboline.

本文以1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑碘盐为原料，采用了NaBH_4还原和Grignard试剂加成两种方法，制备了13种1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷和2-取代的1，3-二甲基苯并咪唑烷作为四氢叶酸辅酶一碳单元转移新模型，在酸性条件下，以2-(3，4-二甲氧基苯基)乙胺作为接收一碳转移的亲核试剂，完成了13种重要的四氢异喹啉类化合物的新合成方法研究。

The experiment consist of two parts :the first one research nucleophilic addition of m-dinitrobenzene, nucleophilic reagent is benzyl cyanide; the second one synthesize 2,4-dihydorxybenzophenone from 2,4-dichlorobenzophenone and NaOH.

实验分为两部分：第一部分研究了间二硝基苯的亲核加成反应，亲核试剂为苄基腈；第二部分是用2，4-二氯二苯甲酮与氢氧化钠反应制备2，4-二羟基二苯甲酮。

Based on the previous experiments, we choose CNTs/CdS core-shell nanowires as inorganic materials and poly(benzyl-ether) dendrons with thiol functionalities as organic solubilizer. The solubility of CNTs/CdS core-shell nanowires in normal solvents was expected to improve through chemical interactions between core-shell nanowires and solubilizer. The enhanced solubility can improve facility in processability. It also provides a new application method in nanomaterials.

本论文在课题组原有工作的基础上，以制备可溶、易加工的有机-无机复合纳米材料为应用目标，选择具有自己课题组研究特色的CNTs/CdS核壳纳米线结构作为无机材料，选择带巯基的聚苯甲醚树枝状分子作为有机增溶剂，通过带巯基的聚苯甲醚树枝状分子对CNTs/CdS核壳纳米线的化学作用，改善了核壳纳米线在常用有机溶剂中的溶解性能，为材料的湿法加工提供了基础，也为类似纳米材料的应用开拓了一种新的方法。

By utilizing three benezenemulticarboxylate derivatives (H2chdc, H2aip, NaH2sip), we obtain 12 coordination polymers. Especially, compelexes 1 and 2 are based on one-dimensional ···OHInOHIn···chains as building units, while complex 3 is based on double four-ring [In8(μ2-O)4(μ2-H2O)8]16+, complex 4 is based on trinuclear In3(μ3-O)(CO2)6, complexes 11 and 12 are both based on nested bistranded helices.

选择了三类取代苯羧酸配体： 2，5-二羟基-1，4-对苯二甲酸(2，5-H2chdc)； 5-氨基间苯二甲酸(5-H2aip)； 5-磺酸基间苯二甲酸钠盐(5-NaH2sip)和InCl3反应合成了十二个配位化合物：其中1、2以···OHInOHIn···链为构筑单元， 3以双四元环[In8(μ2-O)4(μ2-H2O)8]16+为构筑单元，4以棱柱状三核铟In3(μ3-O)(CO2)6为构筑单元，而11、12以嵌套的双股螺旋链为构筑单元。
