Basic ant colony algorithms are intelligentized. Based on the intelligentized algorithms and Matlab, simulation regarding optimization of benzene-toluene flash vaporization process is made. The simulation result shows that the amount of benzene in vapor phase product reaches the maximum on the condition of effective adjustment of temperature, pressure and diffluence coefficient and the production process is optimized. It is also proves that the intelligentized algorithms are practical in optimization of chemical production process.

对基本蚁群算法进行了智能化改进，并运用智能蚁群算法和Matlab语言，对化工生产过程中的实际优化问题，苯-甲苯闪蒸过程进行了优化仿真计算，仿真结果表明，在有效地调整温度、压力及分流系数的条件下，使得汽相产物中苯的产量达到最大，实现了苯－甲苯闪蒸过程的最优化，同时也证明了蚁群算法可以有效地解决化工生产过程中的优化问题。

In order to develop an useful synthestic process, we have synthesized amides with various substitutents. The isoquinoline skeleton was constructed through Bischler-Napieralski reaction, followed by asymmetric reduction of the imine intermediates with a Ru complex to form the only chiral center. Finally, we connected the two phenyl groups by Heck reaction and effectively obtained optically active aporphine alkaloids.

为了发展一套实用的合成方法，我们首先制备於苯环上具有不同种取代基的苯乙醯胺，接著透过Bischler-Napieralski反应进行分子内合环，并利用钌金属对亚胺中间体进行不对称的还原反应，建立出产物中唯一的光学活性中心，最后再利用Heck反应连结两个苯环，就可以顺利得到具有光学选择性的阿朴吩类天然物。

In this thesis, we did modifications of alkyl groups upon benzyl fluorophosphonate. In order to study the influence of alkyl length and steric effect on activity and selectivity of probes, we synthesized benzyl fluorophosphonate recognition heads with modifications including ethyl, butyl, octyl and cyclohexyl. By way of connecting different kinds of tag like azido group, biotin and rhodamine with recognition heads separately through a higher hydrophilic ethylene glycol derived linker, a series of benzyl fluorophosphonate probes were made up. And they will apply to various biological testing strategies.

N-(6-methyl-2-pyridine)-amino-methylene-diethyl malonate was produced by condensation reaction of 2-amino-6-methyl pyridine with ethoxymethylene diethyl malonate under optimal conditions that n(2-amino-6-methyl pyridine)∶n(ethoxymethylene diethyl malonate) is 1∶1.3, reacting time 45 min and temperature 130 ℃,the yield of this reaction was 96%,which was 6% higher than that of literature.
