Then the levels of hepatic microsomal CYP and cytochrome b5(Cytb5), and the activities of aniline hydroxylase and aminopyrine N-demethylase were determined by spectrophotography.

实验动物分别腹腔注射生理盐水、苯巴比妥（40mg/kg.d）、葛根素（100和200 mg/kg.d），给药7d后，用分光光度法测定肝微粒体CYP和细胞色素b5(Cytb5)的含量，以及苯胺羟化酶和氨基比林N-脱甲基酶的活性。
