Eight porphyrin compounds, meso-5, 10, 15, 20-Tetra [4-aminophenyl] porphine (TAPPH〓, 1), meso-5, 10, 15, 20-Tetra [4-(N-pyrrolidinyl) phenyl] porphine (TBPPH〓, 2), meso-5, 10, 15, 20-Tetra [4-(4'-ethylpiperazinyl) phenyl] porphine (TEPPH〓, 3), meso-5, 10, 15, 20-Tetra [4-(4'-butylpiperazinyl) phenyl] porphine (TUPPH〓, 4), meso-5, 10, 15, 20-Tetra [4-(4'-heptylpiperazinyl) phenyl] porphine (TEPPH〓, 5), 5- [4-(4'-ethylpiperazinyl) phenyl] -10, 15, 20-triphenylporphine (MEPPH〓, 6), 5- [4-(4'-buthylpiperazinyl) phenyl] -10, 15, 20-triphenylporphine (MUPPH〓, 7) and N, N'-di (meso-5, 10, 15, 20-tetraphenylporphinato) piperazine (DiPPH〓, 8) have been designed and synthesized. These porphyrins are never reported except TAPPH〓.

Two novel pyrazolone derivatives 2-ethylamino-6H-5-(1-phenyl-3-methyl/phenyl-5-pyrazolone-4-ylene)-1,3,4-thiadiazine (PMCP-ETSC/DPCP-ETSC) containing NNS six-membered heterocycles were synthesized by the condensation reaction of 1-phenyl-3-methyl/phenyl-4-chloroacetyl-pyrazolone-5 with 4-ethyithiosemicarbazide. The title compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.

In the first part, five new 4-acyl pyrazolone 4-ethyl-thiosemicarbazones compounds: 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-bromo)benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbazone (PM4Br BP-ETSC), 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-methyl)benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbaz -one (PM4MBP-ETSC), 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarba -zone, 1,3-diphenyl-4-benzal-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemicarbazone and 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-pyrazol-5-one N(4)-ethyl-thiosemi -carbazone have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR spectra and single-crystal XRD.

Ten novel derivatives of 1-phenyl-5-[5-(substituted anilinocarbonylmethylthio)-4-phenyl-1,2,4- triazol-3-ylmethylthio]-tetrazole were synthesized rapidly in high yields by the reaction of N--2-chloryacetanilide (3) with 1-phenyl-5-(5-mercapto-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylmethylthio)-tetrazo- le (2) under microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis conditions.

Methods 4-Hydroxy- benzonitrile was treated with sodium hydrogen sulfide and anhydrous magnesium chloride in dimethyl formamide to give thioamide, which was then directly cyclized with ethyl 2-chloroacetoacetate without separation to give ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(2) in one-pot; then 2 was formylated with Duff reaction adopting hexamethylenetetramine in trifluoroacetic acid to give ethyl 2-(3-formyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylate(3); finally, the target compound was obtained by the treatment of 3 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in formic acid.
