In this thesis, we did modifications of alkyl groups upon benzyl fluorophosphonate. In order to study the influence of alkyl length and steric effect on activity and selectivity of probes, we synthesized benzyl fluorophosphonate recognition heads with modifications including ethyl, butyl, octyl and cyclohexyl. By way of connecting different kinds of tag like azido group, biotin and rhodamine with recognition heads separately through a higher hydrophilic ethylene glycol derived linker, a series of benzyl fluorophosphonate probes were made up. And they will apply to various biological testing strategies.

在本论文中，我们以苯甲基氟化磷酸酯为基础，於其上进行一系列烷基之修饰，为了探讨烷基长度与空间立体性质对於探针活性及选择性的影响，我们合成了包含乙烷基、丁烷基、辛烷基以及环己烷基修饰的苯甲基氟化磷酸酯辨识端，并藉由具较高亲水性的聚乙二醇衍生连接桥结合三种不同的发报端，分别有叠氮基团、生物素及萤光基团来构成不同的化学探针组合，这一系列苯甲基氟化磷酸酯类化学探针将可被应用於不同的生物测试策略。

Silver nanoparticles with average particle size ranging from 2 to 131nm were manipulatively synthesized starting from silver nitrate using 10 kinds of different functional group-containing organic modifiers, such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, tween-80, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium polyacrylate, polyethylene glycol, D-sorbitol, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, polyvinyl alcohol, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, at room temperature.

Firstly, we should prepare polyester glycol in order to prepare water-borne polyurethane emulsion used to wooden furniture. Polyester glycols having designed molecular weight of 1000 are synthesized by ethylene glycol and mixture of phthalic anhydride and adipic acid (morl radio =40:60)on condition that molar excess content of glycol is 15%, and high vacuum time is 8h.The produced polyester glycols having the same molecular weight as designed measure up to standard of material. 为了制得性能优越木器用水性聚氨酯乳液，首先我们从制备水性聚氨酯用的原料聚酯二元醇入手，我们设计了分子量为1000的聚酯二元醇，它使用邻苯二甲酸酐和己二酸以摩尔比40：60混合后再与乙二醇反应，反应时醇的摩尔过量15%，真空时间8小时，所得的聚酯二元醇，在此条件下酸值基本上能符合用作聚氨酯原料的要求，所测得的分子量也与设计的分子量非常接近，且用它来制得的水性聚氨酯乳液，其涂膜硬度，相对于单独用脂肪族聚酯二元醇制备的水性聚氨酯的要优。
