西晋时代的《南方草木状》记载，从苏木（学名Caesalpinia sappin）提取黄色染料。

Different extracts prepared from Caesalpinia Sappan L were lavaged to the mice in order to count thymus index by taking out their thymus, to calculate the proliferation capacity of spleen T cells by using MTT method, to measure the INF-γcontent generated by T cell culture supernatant by using double-antibody sandwich ELISA method.

通过制备苏木不同提取物分别给予灌胃小鼠，取小鼠胸腺称重计算胸腺指数；采用MTT法测定小鼠脾T细胞的增殖能力；用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定T细胞培养上清中产生INF-γ的含量。

In the experiment, after the pH value was adjusted and the quantity of PTD, PPD, and ammonia in the formula was decreased, grey hair was dyed to study the change of dyed hair color and physical nature, the common herbal such as Caesalpinia sappan L, Sanguisorba officinalis L, Perilla frutescens L, D raw material, Galla Rhois, and Lithospermum erythrorhizon SIEB.

因此实验过程中将以常见的植物苏木、黑地榆、紫苏叶、D原料、五倍子、紫草Lithospermum erythrorhizon SIEB。

47例人精液标本进行常规检测密度及活力后，分别在离心前后涂片，应用快速苏木素-伊红染色法进行染色，检测精子头部、体部、尾部畸形率。对比精子畸形指数和畸形精子指数是否受到离心洗涤的影响。

RESULTS: At 16 weeks after the compound of after-induced chondrogenetic BMSCs and SIS were transplanted, the materials had been completely absorbed and there were new cambium in the experimental group, which proved to be chondrocytes after hematoxylin-eosin stain, Massan stain and Toluidine blue dyeing.

结果：诱导软骨细胞-小肠黏膜下层复合物在植入体内16周时材料明显被吸收完全，且有软骨生成，与正常组织未见明显区别，但修复层软骨较薄。经苏木精-伊红染色，Massan染色，甲苯胺蓝染色检查证实为软骨组织。

RESULTS: Four weeks following repair, CT showed that callus formation appeared in coronal skull defects. 3D reconstruction still demonstrated some defects. Hematoxylin and eosin staining displayed defects were fibrous connective tissue, with the presence of chondroid tissues.

结果：修复后4周，冠状位CT显示颅骨缺损区可见骨痂形成，三维重建仍显示有缺损；标本苏木精-伊红染色显示缺损为纤维结缔组织，并有软骨样组织形成，Mallory三色染色标本呈淡蓝色。

Mallory trichrism staining exhibited light blue samples. Eight weeks following repair, CT showed round blunt defect edges in the coronal position, which had bony pustute connection with gel materials. Density at the defect region significantly increased. 3D reconstruction suggested that defects became small. After hematoxylin-eosin staining, abundant fibrous connective tissue appeared in defect regions, with bony tissues. Mallory trichrism staining revealed that maroon mature bone tissues were found, surrounded by light blue chondroid tissues.

修复后8周，冠状位CT显示缺损边缘圆钝，与凝胶材料有骨性突起连接，缺损处密度增高明显，三维重建显示缺损范围较之前有所减小；标本苏木精-伊红染色后缺损部可见大量含血管成分的纤维结缔组织，有骨样组织结构形成，Mallory三色染色显示有褐红色成熟骨组织形成，其旁边有淡蓝色软骨样组织。

修复后8周，冠状位CT显示缺损边缘圆钝，与凝胶材料有骨性突起连接，缺损处密度增高明显，三维重建显示缺损范围较之前有所减小；标本苏木精－伊红染色后缺损部可见大量含血管成分的纤维结缔组织，有骨样组织结构形成，Mallory三色染色显示有褐红色成熟骨组织形成，其旁边有淡蓝色软骨样组织修复后12周，冠状位CT显示缺损区基本被骨痂填满，三维重建示缺损基本修复；缺损区域和周围骨组织形成骨性结合，骨小梁粗大，哈弗氏系统成熟。
