本文采用山苍子芳香油熏蒸法，对自然污染黄曲霉毒素B_1的芡实进行去除实验，试验结果表明：在40°—45℃下，用山苍子芳香油，对自然污染黄曲霉毒素B_1的芡实，熏蒸处理72小时，可使芡实中黄曲霉毒素B_1由30PPb下降到国标10PPb，解毒效果达66.7%。
