We initiated the studies concerning the synthesis and properties of some functional calix[4]resorcinarene derivatives, and have maken a series of significant and creative results.

The recoveries of seawater and sediment are :naphthalene 73. 0% and 75. 3%, phenanthrene79. 2%and78. 0%, fluoranthene 88. 1% and 80. 7%, pyrene 73. 8% and 70. 2%, chrysene 77. 6% and 72. 8%, benzofluoranthene 87. 6% and 83.6%, benzo pyrene 120. 3% and 110. 0%, respectively.

通过对7种多环芳烃标准样品的高效液相色谱法的定性、定量分析，结果表明，该方法可有效分离PAHs，回收率较高，海水和沉积物中的回收率分别为：萘73.0％和75.3％，菲79.2％和78.0％，荧蒽88.1％和80.7％，芘73.8％和70.2％，屈77.6％和72.8％，苯并荧蒽87.6％和83.6％，苯并芘120.3％和110.0％。

The main conclusions of this thesis were as follows: 1 Through compared the original peaks, relative concentration distribution and diagnostic ratios of normal alkanes,Naphthalene, Dibenzothiophene, Fluorene, Phenanthrene, Chrysene and their alkyl PAHs, terpane-sterane biomakers of five crude oils, it was confirmed that five single crude oil was unmatched each other.

通过正构烷烃、萘、菲、芴、二苯并噻吩、屈及其烷基化系列多环芳烃、甾萜类生物标志物的原始谱图比较；组分浓度的分布模式比较；诊断比值的比较；对5种不同地质层次的原油进行了鉴别，结果表明5种原油均为独立油样，这与实际情况相符和；t检验分析的使用，使得溢油鉴别更加科学化，定量化；SPSS模糊聚类的使用，使得各油样之间&亲疏远近&的关系，即&属于的程度不同&的概念得以充分表现；明确了&是非&分明的概念。
