Experimental results show that the different substituted location and different substituted group on benzene cycle would result in the diversity of reduction properties of substituted aryl nitrobenzene. Substituted nitrobenzenes with withdrawing group will be reduced at more positive potential, while those with repelling group will be reduced at more negative potential. In addition, the reduction potential of nitro group of o-nitrobenzene shifts more negative due to the effect of space resistance.

结果表明，芳族硝基化合物在苯环上的取代基位置不同以及在相同位置上取代基的种类不同均可使各芳族硝基化合物的电还原性能发生较大差异：吸电子取代基在电还原过程中电位较正，推电子取代基的电还原电位较负：邻位取代基在反应过程中由于空间位阻效应，苯环上的硝基在电还原时电位往负方向移动。

The invention relates to a method for preparing arylamine compounds by the catalytic hydrogenation of arene nitro compounds in a H2O-CO2 system, wherein H2O-CO2 is taken as reaction medium, and the arylamine compounds are prepared by the selective hydrogenation of the arene nitro compounds at a low temperature(between 25 and 100 DEG C), and the catalytic process is controllable, highly efficient and green.

Replacement of one benzimidazole fragment with benzothiazole or benzoxazole and optimization of the structure to create the new frame of the compounds were also carried out with the exception to find more potent compounds. The purpose of design and synthesis of these compounds is to investigate the QSAR of this class of compounds with the inhibition of HCV NS3/NS4A protease and eventually to develop more potent inhibitors.

本文首次采用了丙二酰胺与邻芳二胺在微波辐射下制备对称性双芳并唑甲烷化合物、用芳并唑-2-乙酸乙酯与邻芳二胺在微波辐射下制备非对称性双芳并唑甲烷化合物、用4-取代噻唑-2-乙酸乙酯与邻芳二胺在微波辐射下制备非对称性(4-取代-噻唑-2-基)(1H-芳并咪唑-2-基)甲烷化合物等合成路线，共合成了48个目标化合物，其中41个为新化合物，用~1HNMR，ESI-MS，FT-IR，元素分析对这些化合物进行了全面表征，确定了这些化合物的结构，并对部分化合物进行了~(13)CNMR分析。

In order to find biologically active urea compounds,seven new N-[5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]-N'- urea derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with aroylazides,which were prepared starting from carboxylic acids,ethyl chloroformate and sodium azide by one-pot procedure.

为了寻找高生物活性的脲类化合物，通过2-氨基-5-(3-吡啶基)-1，3，4-噻二唑与酰基叠氮化物反应，设计合成了7个新的N-[5-(3-吡啶基)-1，3，4-噻二唑-2-基]-N'-取代苯基脲，其中芳酰基叠氮化物是以芳酸、氯甲酸乙酯、叠氮化钠为起始原料采用&一锅法&所制得。

我们发现了醛基二芳烯BMFTP的溶剂变色效应：1在醇类溶剂中，醛基二芳烯分子闭环态吸收波长将会发生显著红移；2在不同溶剂中，醛基二芳烯闭环态吸收波长不同。

The chapter two was focused on the samarium diiodide promoted organic reactions and their applications in organic synthesis, firstly, a new synthesis of highly substituted cyclopentadienes from a,β-alkynone promoted by samarium diiodide was investigated and the highly substituted cyclopentadienes were prepared in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Secondly, the Michael addition and Michael-aldol tandem reaction of diorganyl diselenides or diorganyl disulfides with α,β-alkynones mediated by samarium diiodide were studied and a series of alkenylsulfides and alkenylselenides were prepared in good yields. Then the highly regioselecfive nucleophilic addition of the allylsamarium bromide to α,β-alkynones were explored. We found that the allylsamarium bromide reacts with α,β-alkynones to afford regiospecificly 1. 2-nucleophilic addition products in good yields under mild condition. At last we studied the coupling reaction of aryl halides promoted by NiCl〓/PPh〓/Sm〓.

第二章 研究了二碘化钐、金属钐促进的有机反应：1、二碘化钐促进下α，β-炔基酮的偶联环化反应，提供了一种制备多取代环戊二烯的新方法；2、二碘化钐促进下的二硫醚、二硒醚与α，β-炔基酮的Michael加成反应，为高产率地制备多取代的烯基硫或烯基硒化合物提供了方便可靠的新方法；3、二碘化钐促进下的二硫醚、二硒醚与α，β-炔基酮和醛、酮的Michael—aldol串联反应，提供了一种一锅法高产率地制备多取代的含硫的烯丙基醇或含硒的烯丙基醇类化合物的方便可靠的原子经济性的新方法；4、烯丙基溴化钐与α，β-炔基酮的高度区域选择性的1，2-亲核加成反应；5、NiCl〓/PPh〓/Sm〓促进的卤代芳烃的偶联反应-一种从各种卤代芳烃制备联苯类化合物的有效方法。

The p-tert-butyl calix arene (n=4,6,8) were synthesized by p-tert-butyl phenol, formaldehyde aqueous solution as raw materials. Six kinds of calixarene oligomeric surfactants were prepared by etherification of the calix arene with 1,3-propane sultone and 1,4-butane sultone.

以对叔丁基苯酚、甲醛为主要原料合成杯芳烃母体对叔丁基杯芳烃(n=4，6，8)；以1，3-丙烷磺内酯、1，4-丁烷磺内酯为醚化试剂，经Williamson醚化反应，合成出6种杯芳烃基低聚表面活性剂。

The experimental results show that the distributions of content and toxicity equivalent quantity of PAHs in raw coal are similar to coal gasification but this compositions and contents are different. The rise of coal rank leads to the decrease of the content and TEQ of PAHs in raw coal and the increase of TEQ during coal gasification, while the content of PAHs emission from coal gasification increases first and then decreases with the increase of coal rank. The total PAHs contents generated in coal gasification of some sorts of coals are higher than in raw coal. The types of PAHs formed in coal gasification include undecomposed PAHs in raw coal, pyrosysthensis PAHs, and radical polymerization PAHs at high temperature.

试验结果表明：煤气化前后多环芳烃质量分数和毒性当量质量分数的分布特徵相似，但多环芳烃的组成和质量分数不同；煤化程度增加，原煤多环芳烃质量分数和毒性当量质量分数减小，煤气化多环芳烃质量分数先增后减，毒性当量质量分数与煤化程度呈线性关系；部分煤种气化多环芳烃的质量分数高於原煤多环芳烃质量分数，且煤气化多环芳烃的种类分为原煤未分解的多环芳烃、热解合成的多环芳烃、自由基高温缩合生成的多环芳烃。

Method］ 5 matrices: M1(50% peat + 50% perlite),M2(40% peat + 60% perlite),M3(50% peat + 50% chestnut soil),M4(40% peat + 60% chestnut soil) and M5(100% peat) used for Euonymus fortunei cutting in container were tested and the effect of the different matrices on the rate of callus induction and root growth,the length and number of root,and the growth amount of Euonymus fortunei was investigated.［Results］ The results showed that the best effect on Euonymus fortunei cutting was from the M1,in which,the rate of root growth,callus induction,the length of root and the number of new branch were 87%,88%,68.0 mm and 4.6 branches,respectively.

方法］ 采用5种基质配比，分别为M1（50%泥炭+50%珍珠岩）、M2（40%泥炭+60%珍珠岩）、M3（50%泥炭+50%栗钙土）、M4（40%泥炭+60%栗钙土）、M5（100%泥炭）对扶芳藤进行容器扦插育苗试验，对不同基质引起的扶芳藤愈伤率、生根率、根长、单株根系数目、新生枝数及新生枝生长量进行调查分析，［结果］结果表明，基质M1中扦插的扶芳藤生根率、愈伤率最高，分别为87%和88%；根长最长，为68.0 mm；平均新生枝数最多，为4.6条，效果最佳。
