With C.praecox var concolor as the tested material, 3 kinds of medicaments as Penicillin (700, 900, 1 100 mg/L), AgNO3 (102, 136, 170 mg/L) and 8-HQ (50, 70, 90, 200 mg/L) were used to make the orthogonal test, the fresh-keeping formula that was suitable for cutting-flower of C. praecox was screened and 5 indexes of fresh weight of flower shoots, water balance, blooming rate, soluble sugar content and protein content of C. praecox were determined.

方法］以素心腊梅为试材，以青霉素(700、900、1 100 mg/L)、硝酸银(102、136、170 mg/L)8-羟基喹啉(50、70、90、200 mg/L)3种药剂不同浓度进行正交试验，筛选适于切花腊梅保鲜剂配方，测定切花腊梅的花枝鲜重、水分平衡值、开花率、糖及蛋白质含量5个指标。

Result Based on the line graph of C.praecox var concolor and the data analysis on 5 groups of fresh weight of flower shoots, water balance, blooming rate, soluble sugar content and protein content, among 9 formula treatments in the orthogonal test, the formula of A2B2C3(900 mg/L penicillin+136 mg/L AgNO3+90 mg/L 8-HQ) had obvious effect of postponing the senescence of cutting-flower of C.praecox, which could keep the freshness of C. praecox var concolor for 15 d in winter and prolong the ornamental life by 6-7 d compared with CK.

结果］根据素心腊梅的折线图和花枝鲜重、糖含量、蛋白质含量、水分平衡值、开花率5组数据分析，在正交试验的9个处理中，以A2B2C3（青霉素900 mg/L+硝酸银136 mg/L+8-羟基喹咛90 mg/L）对延缓切花腊梅的衰老有明显的效果，在冬季条件下素心腊梅保鲜可达15 d，同时比对照延长观赏寿命67 d。

In this paper, the biological characteristics of florescence, spikelet and inflorescences structure, morphogenesis formation of inflorescence, megasporogenesis and the development of female gametophytes were studied systematically by using anatomy structure, scanning electron microscopic and paraffin section methods. The results were as followed:(1) Phyllostachys praecox was the bamboo flowering fragmentarily; the cultivation changed the characteristic of flowering; the plantlets of flowering were complex and splitted into three kinds: the plantlet flowering before continued flowering; the plantlet flowering before stopped flowering and the plantlet changed into flowering. The inflorescence of Ph. praecox was indefinite inflorescence or called false inflorescence, and actually it was flower stress structure. Its basal unit was pseudospikelet with two kinds: apical spikelet and lateral spikelet. The floret had one lemma, one pelea, three stamens, one pistil and three lodicules.

本研究综合运用形态解剖学、扫描电镜、石蜡切片等技术手段，对雷竹花期生物学特性、小穗与花序构造、花序形态建成过程、大孢子发生与雌配子体发育等进行了较为系统的研究，结果表明：(1)雷竹为零星开花竹种，耕作条件对其开花特性具有重要影响；开花植株类型复杂多样，可以分为以前开过花现在继续开花、以前开过花现在停止开花以及以前未开过花现在转为开花等3种类型；雷竹花序为无限制花序或称&假花序&，实为花枝结构，基本单位为&假小穗&；假小穗有顶生和侧生之分；小花具内外稃各1枚，雄蕊3，雌蕊L，另具3枚大小不等之鳞被。
