OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical result and effect of cervical disk replacement on adjacent level in middle and long term.

目的：观察颈椎人工间盘置换后中期效果及对相邻节段间盘的影响。

Some adjacent level degeneration may occur after cervical disk replacement, and the degeneration type is osteophyte formation in the adjacent level.

颈椎人工间盘置换后相邻节段可能出现退变，这种退变在中期主要表现为相邻节段椎体前缘的新生骨赘。

Results showed that the magnitude on grey correlation degree between various agronomic characters and yield per plant was plant spread, plant height, fruit length, fruits per plant, weight per fruit, the first flower node, fruit width and branches per plant. The magnitude on grey correlation degree between various biochemical matter contents in flower buds and agronomic characters was soluble sugar, soluble protein, POD activity, ABA , IAA, free proline and ZRs. The order in leaves was soluble sugar, POD activity, free proline, ABA , IAA, ZRs and soluble protein.

Methods. A validated 3-dimensional, nonlinear finite element model of an intact adult human L3-L4 motion segment was developed. Four fusion types were simulated using this model, including anterior lumbar interbody fusion, posterior lumbar interbody fusion, intertransverse process fusion, and interspinous process fusion.

Results: The incidence that T2-T5 ganglions located at the corresponding intercostal space was 92.7%, 85.5%, 40.0% and 36.4% respectively.
