主要研究结果如下： 1、在全淡水、2：1淡/海水、1：2淡/海水和全海水四种不淡/海水组合水培条件下，检测了海马齿节间长度、叶片干物质含量、叶片叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量、茎周长、丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶及过氧化物酶、活性根系活力等11个与耐盐碱有关的形态和生理指标并进行了相应的分析。

Methods: 7 calf lumbar spine specimens (T13~S2) were biomechanically tested under pure moment of 10Nm loading with Tenor pedicle screw system as the fixation device. Range of motion and intradiscal pressure were measured in all unfused segments and compared among the control group, the single-segment-fixed group (L45) and the double-segment-fixed group (L3~L5), and the correlation analysis and comparison between the increments of kinematic index and intradiscal pressure were performed.

Under the treatments of ETP, the plant height and diameter, and length between adjacent double burls in the green bud stage were decreased and the effects were strengtheded along with the content of ETP increasing. The treatment of 50 mgL^(-1) postponed the time of green bud appearing 14 days and the florescence 9 days, respectively; as far as the treatments of 100 mgL^(-1) and 200 mgL^(-1) ETP were concerned, no green bud and flower appeared.

ETP处理下绿蕾中期的株高、株径和节间长度均比对照降低，且表现出随处理浓度增加效果逐渐增强的趋势。50mgL^(-1) ETP处理下绿蕾出现时间和始花时间分别比对照推迟了14天和9天；100和200mgL^(-1) ETP处理则不能正常形成绿蕾和开花。
