We got 23 physical signs of statistical significance,and had non-conditional logistic regression analysis to them. 论文着重分析了小儿湿疹脾气虚证的体征分布规律，采用频数分析方法，对数据进行统计学分析，分析出其中具有统计学意义的23项体征，并对其进行非条件性logistic回归分析，得出对小儿湿疹诊断具有重要价值的疹色暗淡，形体消瘦，脉无力，便溏，面色萎黄，舌质淡，尺肤松软，手掌纹理增多，气池暗，裂纹舌，山根青筋等11项体征，并与以往国家局的脾气虚证证候诊断标准对照，从而发掘出部分以往未被重视的体征。
