本项目利用人工诱变和体细胞单克隆技术等高新技术和传统的选择育种相结合的方法，分离出生长快、优质，高产，抗高温等的优良品种，在生产上大面积推广应用，并获得了分离坛紫菜稳定色素突变体的技术和建立坛紫菜的快速良种选育实用技术；新品种亩产提高26%-30%，3种主要色素(藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白、叶绿素a)提高10%以上，抗病烂能力较强。

During light adaptation, the diameter of rhabdoms was small, the arrangement of microvillus in the distal rhabdom was in disorder, and the area of the multivescicular bodies in the cytoplasm of the retinular cells was large, but the perirhabdomal vacuoles was very small, the amount of the lamellar bodies and mitochondrias were small, the pigment granules were distributed in all retinular cell.

结果显示：光适应时感杆束的直径较小，组成近远端感杆束的微纤毛排列零乱；小网膜细胞中的多囊体体积增大，膜下储泡囊体积减小，板膜体、线粒体等细胞器数量较少，色素颗粒分布于整个小网膜细胞。

The mature schizont contains 2-6 merozoites, in a same schizont, the merozoites have distinct difference in dimension, the schizonts have no pigment granule, and do not tend to the pole of red cell too. The mature schizonts have little cytoplasm.

成熟裂殖体含有2-6个裂殖子，在同一裂殖体内裂殖子有大小的显著差异，裂殖体不含疟色素粒，裂殖体不趋极且未见到细胞质。

The main results were as follows:①The genomic DNA extraction method from TCK/TCT teliospore was established, which include cell wall lysis of teliospore by alkali solution, destroying teliospore cell wall for releasing nucleic acid from cytoplasma membrain and elimination of the PCR inhibitors such as pigments or polyphenols component.

论文主要研究结果如下：①优化了碱裂解法破冬孢子外壁-CTAB破坏原生质体，释放核酸-微量DNA过滤柱去除色素、多酚等PCR抑制物质的TCK/TCT冬孢子提取方法，排除了冬孢子细胞壁难破DNA难以提取，三甲胺、色素等PCR抑制物质导致假阴性的难题，采用此方法提取的腥黑穗菌DNA完全适用于PCR扩增。

It was concluded that PG not only played an important role in trimer formation but also effected the pigments binding and the energy transfer within the LHCⅡ.

以上实验结果证明，PG及其反式十六碳一烯酸不仅在LHCⅡ三聚体的形成中具重要作用，而且还影响色素分子在LHCⅡ三聚体中的结合状态以及叶绿素b到叶绿素a的正常能量传递。
