In order to study the relation of cytochrome P-450 with the protective action of SY-801 and SY-640 against 〓-induced UDS and 3H-BP binding to nuclear DNA, the effects of SY-801 and SY-640 on liver microsomal cytochrome P-450 were studied in mice. The results indicated that the liver microsomal cytochrome P-450 concentration and aminopyrine demethylase activity were significantly increased in mice pretreated with SY-801 150mg/kg or SY-640 150 mg/kg once daily for three days.

本实验进而观察了SY-801对小鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P-450酶系的影响，结果表明SY-801和SY-640体内连续给药3天，可诱导小鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量明显增加，同时氨基比林脱甲基酶活性亦明显增加；给药1次2小时内二者均可抑制氨基比林脱甲基酶活性，而对肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量则无明显影响。

Aiming at above problem, this paper put forward the strategy of separation as follows. Firstly, in view of great amount of coloring matter in solution, the quality of product is declined. So we decolor the solution by acticarbon, which makes 80% coloring matter be removed, but the loss of nucleotides is only about 2%. Secondly, on the basis of physical and chemical properties of four nucleotides, we first synthesized a kind of cation exchange resin by ourselves which is used to separate four matters preliminarily.

针对以上问题，本文提出了如下的分离策略：首先，由于酶解液中色素含量较多，使经树脂分离所得UMP和GMP中色素残留较多，最终导致成品质量的下降，所以我们用活性炭对酶解液进行脱色处理，使溶液中80％以上的色素被吸附除去，而核苷酸的吸附损失仅为2％左右。

At the pigment concentration of 0.03% and 0.02% exhibits the greatest antioxidant effect for colza oil and lard. 最后，对色素的抗氧化作用和对液体饮料着色的稳定性进行了研究，结果表明：野玫瑰色素对猪油和菜子油都具有一定的抗氧化性，如与抗坏血酸等协同作用，抗氧化效果更好；色素在液体类饮品中比较稳定，着色效果较好。
