方法以中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病患者的脑脊液为研究对象，分别采用固相pH梯度双向凝胶电泳分离总蛋白质，凝胶经银染显色后，用图像分析软件进行比较分析、识别差异表达的蛋白质，离线应用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱得到相应的肽指纹图谱；同时用超高压液相色谱分离酶解肽段，在线采用电喷雾四极杆飞行时间质谱鉴定肽段氨基酸序列；搜索数据库鉴定部分蛋白质。
