Abstact: Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome and esthetics effect of the modified parotidectomy of benign tumor.

目的：探讨改良功能性腮腺良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果和美学效果。

Methods: 41 cases of parotid benign tumors (diameter .2cm) were treated by partial parotidectomy with conservation of master duct, and ectomy field was extended 5~10mm from the borderline of tumor.

对41例诊断为腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤，且肿瘤直径小于2.0cm的病例，作保留腮腺导管的腮腺部分切除术，于肿瘤外5~10mm处切除肿瘤与周边正常腺体组织。
