本课题分两部分完成，一，探讨了EDB在正常、良性肿瘤及ACC组织中的表达情况。

每年除完成常规肩袖修补、肩峰成形、盂唇修补等手术，以及网球肘、骨关节病、肘关节僵直、骨样骨瘤等等的手术治疗外，在关节镜下肩袖、盂唇巨大撕裂修补、肌腱转位、肩关节周围良性肿瘤镜下切除等手术领域内也有了长足发展，使患者在国内可以享受国际先进水平的治疗。

Objective To evaluate the effect of patients psychosocial behavior with amendable surgical method in the tumor of parotid gland.

目的 研究改良式腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式对患者心理行为的影响。

The amendable surgical method has little adverse effects on patients behavior than the traditional one,and it is more suitable for the physical-psychological-social model.

改良的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式比传统的腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式对患者心理的影响要小，更符合"生物-心理-社会"的医学模式。

Results The difference of DNA aneuploidy style between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant.

结果甲状腺恶性肿瘤细胞与良性肿瘤细胞DNA倍体类型有非常显著的差异。

结果：前12位肿瘤为子宫肌瘤、门癌、食管癌、胃癌、肺癌、甲状腺良性肿瘤、结直肠癌、白血病、卵巢良性肿瘤、乳腺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌。

There were 17 thoracic diseases such as emphysema, bullectomy for spontaneous pneumothorax, massive bullae, benign tumor of mediastinum, cyst of mediastinum, pulmonary benign tumors, hydropericardium, malignant pleural fluid, etc.

包括：重度肺气肿、自发性气胸、巨大肺大疱、纵隔良性肿瘤、纵隔囊肿、肺良性肿瘤、心包积液、恶性胸水、肺转移癌、胸膜结核、急性脓胸等17种胸部疾病。

Results: Small intestinal tumors with gastrointestinal bleeding had the following clinical characteristics:(1) Melena was more common;(2) Most of the patients were over 40 years old;(3) Benign tumors were more common;(4) Smooth muscle tumors is more common in the benign tumors which majouryly located injijunam.

结果 ：以消化道出血为主要症状的原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特点：(1)以便血为主；(2 )大多数在 4 0岁以上；(3)以良性肿瘤为多见；(4)良性肿瘤多为平滑肌肿瘤，主要位于空肠，而恶性肿瘤多位于回肠，以淋巴瘤和腺癌多见；(5 )消化道出血的时间和出血量与肿瘤的大小、性质无关。

The studies exploring the relationship between HPV infection and laryngealcarcinoma began in 1980s,since then,almost all the research was aimed at theinvestigation of the HPV prevalence in the biopsies,due to differences in thechoice of DNA detection method,cell sampling and the geogen,the prevalenceestimates of HPV have varied accordingly,and led to two different points about therelationship between HPV infection and laryngeal carcinoma:some researchersdemonstrated that a higher HPV prevalence could be found in laryngeal carcinomas(from 50% to 90%)than in benign laryngeal lesions,suggesting a relationshipbetween HPV infection and laryngeal carcinoma;but the other researchers foundthat the isolation of HPV is no greater in the laryngeal cancers(from 5% to 43.3%)than in the normal larynx or benign laryngeal lesions,thereby questioning itsctiological significance,so,the role of HPV in the development of laryngealcarcinomas still remains unclear.

有关HPV与喉癌的研究始于80年代，但20多年来研究模式始终停留在对临床标本进行检测的水平上，由于各家采用的检测手段敏感性不同、标本数量以及来源地域也存在差异，使各家学者对喉癌中HPV阳性率的报道极不一致，并由此导致了两种截然不同的观点：一部分学者报告的喉癌标本中HPV阳性率高达50%~90%，并显著高于喉良性肿瘤，认为HPV与喉癌有关；而另有不少学者检测的样本中，阳性率（5%~43.3%）并不比正常喉粘膜及良性肿瘤高，认为HPV与喉癌无关，因此，HPV到底是不是喉癌的致癌因素目前仍无定论。
