If the loading/discharging berth is not available on the Vessel's arrival at or off the port of loading/discharging, the Vessel shall be entitled to give notice of readiness within ordinary office hours on arrival there, whether in free pratique or not, whether customs cleared or not.

如果船舶抵达装卸港口货港外时无可用的装卸泊位，船舶可在抵达后通常工作时间内递交准备就绪通知书，无论检疫与否，无论清关与否。

3 Provided that the Constructive Total Loss Clause in the current Institute Time Clauses Hulls or a clause having a similar effect is contained in the insurance on hull and machinery, the settlement of a claim for constructive total loss thereunder shall be accepted as proof of the constructive total loss of the Vessel.

9.3 如果船体和机器保险中包含现行协会船舶定期保险条款的推定全损条款或具有相似效果的条款，据此按推定全损解决索赔，应接受为保险船舶推定全损的证据。

"Subject to this Part, a registered Government ship ceases to be registrable ,as follows, if-"

除本部另有规定外，注册政府船舶如有以下情形，即不再是可注册的船舶

"Without prejudice to sections 60, 61 and 63, if for any reason it appears to the Registrar that a registered ship may have ceased to be registrable ,"

在不影响第60、62及63条的原则下，如注册官因任何理由认为某注册船舶可能已不再是可注册的船舶

"A ship registered or deemed to be registered under this Part ceases to be registrable ,as follows-"

根据本部注册或当作根据本部注册的船舶如有以下情形，即不再是可注册的船舶

"Subject to this Ordinance, a ship is registrable if a majority interest in the ship is owned by one or more qualified persons;"

除本条例另有规定外，船舶如符合以下规定及有代表人，即可注册该船舶的过半数权益由一名或超过一名合资格的人拥有

Whether or not legal proceedings are brought against any person in respect of any failure to comply or contravention specified in subsection (1); or the ship ceases to be registrable .

不论是否有就第(2)款指明的未能遵守或违反条文事件而对任何人提起法律诉讼；或该船舶是否不再是可注册的船舶。

He may be notice served on the applicant or the representative person appointed in relation to the ship require that person to furnish him with such information as he thinks necessary for the purpose of determining whether the ship is registrable .

他可向申请人或该船舶的代表人送达通知书，要求该人向他提供他认为需要的资料，以决定该船舶是否可注册。

"He may by notice served on the owner, demise charter or representative person require that person to furnish him with such information as he thinks necessary for the purpose of determining whether the ship is registrable ."

他可向该船舶的船东、转管租约承租人或代表人送达通知书，规定该船东、转管租约承租人或代表人向他提供他认为需要的资料，以决定该船舶是否仍属可注册。

"The Registrar may refuse to register the ship unless within the period of 30 days commencing on the date of service of the notice, he has become satisfied that the ship is registrable ."

除非在由送达通知书日期起计的30天内，注册官改为信纳该船舶可注册，否则注册官可拒绝为该船舶注册。
