Any deviation in saving or attempting to save life or property or any reasonable deviation and changing of route shall not be doomed to be infringement or breach of the contract of carriage , and the carrier shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

Article 156 A contract of sea towage shall be made in writing.
