This paper uses the neo-political economics method to analyze the strategic choice of foreign exchange rate regime. Taken China's economic situation into consideration, we built a theoretical and a Probit empirical model on optimal exchange rate regime. This is instructive to Chinese government on how to realize the established objectives by setting an optimal exchange rate regime on the stage of the world economics.

本文利用汇率制度战略选择的新政治经济学的方法，结合中国经济发展的现状和Probit经验分析的结果，提出了最优汇率制度选择的理论依据，这对我国政府如何在世界经济的舞台上通过确立最优的汇率制度，进而实现既定的政策目标有着积极的指导意义。

As an amateur dramatic club organized by university students, it presented many influential dramas, both Chinese and foreign, such as Landlady, Molluscs, The Lier, Cyrano, Wukui Bridge, Thunderstorm, Sunrise, Emperor Jones, She Stoops to Compromise and so on, and fostered a crop of dramatic artists in stage practice, like Ma Yanxiang, Zhu Duanjun, Fengzi, to mention just a few, thus making important contributions to the development of Chinese modern drama.

复旦剧社是中国现代话剧史上产生过重要影响的业余话剧团体，它成立于1925年爱美剧运动的时代大潮中，立刻得到了现代话剧的奠基人之一洪深的大力支持和指导，奠定了良好的基础，以后又历经左翼戏剧运动、国防戏剧运动、抗战戏剧运动等各历史时期，作为学生组织的业余话剧团体，复旦剧社奉献了许多有影响的中外剧目如《女店主》、《寄生草》、《说谎者》、《西哈诺》、《五奎桥》、《雷雨》、《日出》、《委曲求全》、《琼斯皇》等，并在舞台实践中培养了一批卓有成就的话剧艺术家，如马彦祥、朱端钧、凤子等，为现代话剧的发展作出了重要的贡献。

Students who have completed the required courses can have access to the choice of over thirty optional courses ranging from tool-using training, to interest extending studies and comprehensive researches. These courses are elaborately designed to extend the students' scope of knowledge in their preferred field and give chances for special-field teachers to teach. We run a Nankai Forum joined by specialists of science and humanities on a regular basis to refresh the academic air and stimulate the students to learn further and wider. We publish the school journal Nankai Teaching Research to help teaching and research. We hold lecture contests among teachers for academic exchange and improvement. We also arrange for students to edit publications, make investigations, and practise socially to create a special atmosphere of learning.
