舌切除术

Midline glossectomy is an effective treatment method for those, especially for OSAS with multiple narrowed sites.

本研究总结我院近 1 2年来采用舌根部分切除术及悬雍垂腭咽成形术式联合治疗OSAS 5例，经随访观察疗效满意，现报道如下。

Initial treatments of OK-432 sclerotherapy to the cervical lesions at ages 2 and 3 years, and subsequent keyhole wedge glossectomy at age 4 years successfully eliminated the danger of airway obstruction and the need for tracheostomy.

在2、3岁时的初步治疗，是针对颈部病灶使用OK-432硬化疗法，之后於4岁时进行锁眼楔形舌切除，成功地排除呼吸道阻塞的危险及气管造口术之需求。

Methods After the isolateral neck dissection and contralateral surprahyoid,dissection to retain external maxillary artery and vein to serve as recipient vessels and the total glossectomy have been performed,the total tongue reconstruction with a free interior rectus abdominis flap will be made.

未累及喉部的浸润性舌癌可通过全舌或近乎全舌切除术进行治疗，但舌切除后给患者的吞咽和语言功能造成极大的困难，这就需要医师们术前考虑患者的吞咽及语言功能的恢复问题。

Among them, 2 were treated by CO2 laser and the laryngeal cavity was exposed by distending laryngoscope under general anesthesia; 13 were treated by bipedical muscle flap. And 2 were selected by excising the stenosis and jumping together. Results: All of the patients achieved decannulation in the end.

根据情况分别采用支撑喉镜下CO2激光切除术，双蒂胸骨舌骨肌瓣修复术，狭窄部分切除＋端端吻合术对17例喉瘢痕性狭窄患者进行治疗，部分患者放置硅胶T形管，术后随访时间均在3年以上。
