When we think about bacteria, we often think that they are the micro organism that causes diseases. Example of a disease causing bacteria is the Streptococcus which causes a strep throat.

一想到细菌，我们通常会认为细菌是能够致病的微生物，例如，致病的链锁球菌能引起链球菌咽炎。

Results: The 1034 strains of 8 types of pathogenetic aeromonase are sensitive to most of antibiotic and the highest resistance rate of 91.9% is ampicillin. The second one of 77.9% is piperacitlin and terramycin and sulfona mides are also with the high resistance rate of 62.4% and 56.9%. 127 strains (12.3%) which can produce the Ampc enzyme was found and 45 strains (4.4%) was multiple-drug resistance.

结果：8种1034株致病性气单胞菌对大多抗生素敏感，耐药率最高的是氨苄西林抗生素，达91.9%，哌拉西林次之，为77.9%，土霉素和磺胺类也有较高的耐药率，分别为62.4%和56.9%；检出具有产AmpC酶能力的致病性气单胞菌127株，占12.3%，多重耐药性菌株45株，占4.4%。

Six strains of Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae were isolated from disease tobaccos in Yongzhou and Ningxiang from heavy disease plots;. Pathogenicity was tested to six strains, the results shows the strain of phy3 have strong pathogenicity. We also studied the effect of several solutions for producing zoosporangium in Artificial culture condition, the result shows the hyphea culture with 0.1% KNO3 produced the most quantity of zoosporangiums.

2001～2003年，从湖南永州和宁乡等地发病重的田块采集病株共分离到烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae)菌株6株，经离体叶片致病力筛选，烟草黑胫病菌株phy3为强致病力菌株，病情指数达到89％；并在实验室条件下，研究了几种溶液诱导孢子囊的产生效果，结果证明经0.1％KNO，处理产生孢子囊最多。

Besides,interaction of preinvasion of Phytophthora in festans and variousplants was studied by using modified cellulose membrane technique.Potato tuberand leaf promoted both the zoospore germination and appressorium formation,or-ange fruit only promoted the zoospore germination and no effect on appressoriumformation.While onion bulb inhibited the both zoospore germination and appresso-rium formation.

此外，本文利用改进的纤维素膜技术研究了致病疫霉侵入前与15种不同植物之间的相互作用，明确马铃薯块茎和叶片对致病疫霉游动孢子萌发、附着胞形成和侵入丝形成均有促进作用，日本桔果实只对游动孢子萌发有促进作用，对附着胞形成无明显影响，葱和洋葱鳞茎则对游动孢子萌发和附着胞形成均有明显的抑制作用。
